Let's start with the parking lot, neither approach nor drive up, some kind of nightmare by car. Service: there is no manager in the hall, it is unclear how to take a queue and which of the managers to approach. The managers at the tables saw the incoming ones, but everyone was doing their own business, chatting among themselves. I had to ask the whole room loudly. I had to pull everything out of the manager, ask questions, she just took the ID card and silently did something on the computer. In short, a complete feeling that prevented them from doing specifically nothing.

We are waiting for 1 hour just to open an account.It seems to have been opened , but it does not open. The application shows an error. The staff is polite. But they work very slowly.
