The most terrible department. The staff is not competent, they tried to take out a loan and returned 5 times, due to the mistakes of the manager. The head of the department is with the girlfriend's manager, so you can't talk about any competence of employees and organizations of the workflow! We were able to get a loan only at the central branch.

Terrible service, I haven't seen any more uncorrected managers, zero information, no explanations on the BBC card, people pay and pay these percentages, and the bank blocks accounts.And now, in the morning, endless calls, boorish communication on the phone, comparable to threats.Blocking accounts....thus, the bank misleads people who have BBC cards (formerly Alfa Bank Black Card)
