the service is at the level of the 19th century. the most backward bank in the country. the lowest card security..The bank itself blocked my card for security reasons, they said come get a new card. I came, ordered (I did not receive a card in a minute, as in the Caspian Sea) and they told me to wait 7 days from Almaty. It's been 8 days and I'm still waiting ((( I've regretted being a customer of this bank a hundred times.
