Good afternoon!
After several months of operation of the bathhouse, I would like to write a review.
We ordered a 5-meter-long quad bathhouse in Bani Zubrov in mid-September 2024.
We chose from three companies. Zubrov baths made the best impression primarily because of the simple human and honest communication of the managers, it so happened that we communicated with two managers Dmitry and Alexander.
The bathhouse was made ahead of the deadlines specified in the contract. At the end of October, the sauna stood on our site and was pleasing to the eye.
No operational defects have been found yet.
Do not skimp on good impregnation and dry the bath well after use, and the bath will last you a long time.

Think about it a million times before you buy such a bath! Especially from this manufacturer. We have been choosing almost all spring. There were not many baths on the site at that moment. But we have been following their Instagram for a long time, and the girl manager convinced us with stories about quality and professionals in the collective! According to the terms, there were 30 working days in the contract, it is written there!!! Well, as a result, it took almost 3 months! In the summer, everyone wants to relax, not just your employees. Jamb on jamb, as you know, no one is in a hurry to go and fix it. The tree is quite gnarled and black, CRACKS EVERYWHERE!! There are alder ladders of different sizes on the floor! How is this possible? There is absolutely no desire to enter this bathhouse! All those who were found with negative reviews say the same thing FOR WINDOWS AND DOORS THERE IS NO GUARANTEE! Is mold on the window normal after two weeks? It will open the doors from a light breeze! Why didn't we listen to the man in tiktok? After all, there was a multi-million review..and the question for filling is why should we process the bath ourselves? Do you find the delivery yourself? Screw up the doors yourself? Do you prepare the foundation yourself? Maybe 12000+ is not money for the director of this company, but for us it is an amount!!!
Beware of such baths and companies. Do not regret and build yourself!

We purchased the bathhouse in December 2023.The warranty is 3 years. They took it themselves.We paid half when ordering and the rest at the end .It was made for a month .They said that in the spring it would be necessary to tighten the hoops.In the spring, the doors, both to the steam room and the entrance ones, began to close poorly.Their linen is already visible on the front door!The entrance wall and the wall to the bathhouse are all shaking when the doors are closed.There is a large gap in the doors of the steam room at the bottom, from where the heat comes out, in fact, heat also comes out from the cracks on the walls.I called them, said that there were a lot of nuances, sent photos, videos, said the master would come and look at everything.It's about 200 km from us to their company.They called us about a month later, said that the doors and windows are regulated by us, this is not a warranty case.As for the cracks, they offered to send me some flax to close them.In the end, no one came to us, and I'm sure they won't come either.We do not recommend this company.Maybe there are more people among us who have encountered this seller, write, maybe we will solve something together, or contact the appropriate authorities to take measures to guarantee the goods.My phone number is +375292623125.The nuances can be viewed in the photo.

We ordered a sauna from this manufacturer.
The deadline for readiness was the end of May (30 or 31), this does not change the essence much.
No one deigned to call or write within the specified period (the contract stipulates that it is possible to inform about readiness via messenger).
They called themselves. The answer did not please us much, the readiness of the bathhouse in 14 days. The company agrees with the penalties from them, which are specified in the contract. Ok. But the 14th comes and none of the representatives of the company wrote or called that they say the readiness of the bathhouse is delayed for at least 2 more weeks. We called ourselves again and found out in what light our order was, we called on the 17th, no one told my spouse the exact dates, the landmark is at least 2 weeks and that's it.
On the 19th, I decided to write to them in the chat and clarify the reasons for the delay. Naturally, no one explained anything, we apologize and that's it. I am writing with clarification, I ask you not to ignore it, but to give a clear answer when the bathhouse is ready. The consultant writes that he will give an answer on Friday the 21st, after they have written out the plan for the next week. No miracle happened and none of the representatives of the company gave feedback. In the evening, I reminded myself and was told 45 working days. I was slightly shocked by the information I received.
In the new contracts, they already provide for a readiness period of 45 days.days (friends called and asked). Don't believe it, we have a slave for 45.She's not ready for days.
On Monday, the 24th, we still got a call and were told that the deadline was July 5th. The readiness of our product is 54!!! working days (this is if they do not reschedule it again). It is up to you to contact this office, which is not only not client-oriented, but also ignores the terms of the contract and the information stated in the contract in every possible way. Well, if you do not invest in the period specified in the contract, call and warn that you and the dogs are not wanted.
Someone may say that we ordered a fully equipped bathhouse and the delay was due to a boiler or something else, but we don't even have a shower tray ordered, i.e. the bathhouse can be said to be empty. Of the complex equipment, only the oven (but it is in the database).
I won't say anything bad about counseling, everything is clear and competent here. By payment forms, by configuration, etc.
If we compare the equipment of the trading platform, then banibochka has more samples.white.
Prices are more pleasant for bison.
Bison also have a real installment plan, not a hidden loan.
According to the quality of the bath itself, delivery, etc., I will add a review when the bath is ready, I hope that in July we will still get a bath and the vacation will not be spoiled.
As a summary, if you want to wait a long time for your bathhouse and pull the manufacturer yourself, when the next promised deadline comes, then you are here.
