We were very disappointed with the service. Check-in at the hotel at one o'clock in the afternoon, we arrived at two and the room was not ready. The staff speaks little English and is silent on most questions. The rooms are average. There were no towels, but they were brought almost immediately - apparently there were no clean ones. Card payment also did not work, which we were not warned about in advance. We stayed only for one night, and in general, the hotel is suitable for such a period. It has a great location right in the center of Bangkok, close to all major shopping malls. It's convenient. The breakfast was also delicious (there was no choice, they immediately brought us a ready-made dish, but it was delicious and satisfying).
