Of the cons: -lack of free Parking spaces, due to repairs, -low culture of behavior of director Sergey Alekseevich Shatonsky, who, despite his literacy and well-readedness, allows himself to use profanity in the classroom, and also suffers from "familiarity", addressing everyone around him on "you".
