It was a wonderful evening and I wanted to try something delicious. The choice fell on Bamboo. The table was booked for 21.00, as at 18.40 they said there were no seats. Arrived in Bamboo, there were order signs on many tables. The girl pointed to a certain table, we asked to sit at another, we were refused, which principle of providing a dinner venue is unclear. About five minutes later, a couple arrived who were seated at a table that we liked. After studying the menu, my eyes fell on the position 411 Eggplant🍆 with pieces of pork, it sounds and looks appetizing, only in the picture. It was time to order, pointing out the dishes to the waiter and then something went wrong. At this order, the girl says the pork will be in batter. At that moment, it was necessary to escape from the institution. The dish was brought, it was obvious from the appearance that it was very different from the photo on the menu. Next, even better, pork in some kind of glaze, and the most interesting thing is eggplant in the same glaze and when you bite it, it feels like you're eating poop. A couple of minutes passed and the dish began to change temperature and then it became clear that the dish was too salty. Voros immediately appeared. If you cook the meat salty? How to fix the situation, you need to add vegetables. But here the eggplant is salty. The first thought is that the dish was not cooked yesterday and since the main thing is not caring about the customer, but money. Salt was added to it. So that the product does not spoil in vain. I had to take rice and more water, but it didn't help. By asking the administration a question. The answer was ideal, our dishes are all salty, and the eggplant was sliced this morning, the dish is certainly different from the photo on the menu. I don't mind the money. Now I'm waiting for how this will affect my health. If you take two and a half liters of beer under this dish, it will be good, but this is already a pub for men. Which does not matter what kind of dishes are served.
P.S. Friday night is ruined, don't tell me.

Despite some simplicity and inauthenticity of the setting - excellent Chinese cuisine! One hundred percent cook is a "recipe carrier". The menu is not super wide, but all the dishes are big and delicious. The level of cuisine is clearly indicated by the fact that about half of the visitors are Chinese.
Of the chips, they offer to buy an additional dish for a couple of rubles, if a certain amount of the check is exceeded.
From the tips, I advise the institution to make a tradition of putting a kettle of green tea, for free, immediately - as a gift from the institution. It's inexpensive, but it immediately sets the visitor up.

Yesterday, at LUNCHTIME, I visited a cafe. The hall was about 60 percent full. I ordered ONE dish from the LUNCH menu. After more than 20 minutes of waiting, I asked the waiter to clarify the situation. He explained that he does not cook dishes and he has other problems besides me. I'm shocked. He left hungry.

If you want to try normal Chinese cuisine, this is definitely not the place for you. From Chinese cuisine, only the size of the portions and the names of the dishes are here. It is a pity that when choosing a cafe, I was guided only by the rating, and it is mostly overestimated due to the work of the waiters, which, however, I also cannot evaluate positively, because when refusing a dish, the waitress did not ask what was wrong and did not apologize, but silently took it away, not forgetting to include it in the bill, depriving herself of this tip. The food is tasteless, over-salted, under-(over)cooked, with the wrong ingredients. The only dish I liked was broccoli with garlic, by the way, not fried, as it was stated, which turned out to be for the best. And last but not least, it is impossible to treat your guests so disrespectfully as to provide a bathroom in terrible condition, this also needs to be monitored.
