It is very conveniently located. Reasonable prices, friendly staff. The interior is clean and well maintained. They suggested what and where to see in the city and how to get to the airport by public transport.I recommend.
There are a lot of negative impressions left from visiting this hostel, not a foot in it anymore
The hostel is very conveniently located - a stone's throw from the train station. Unfortunately, this is where its advantages end, and some disadvantages begin
- The room had to wait for an hour, as it was prepared an hour later - not at 13.00, as it is written in the rules of the hostel, but at 14.00. - Breakfast included in the price of the ordered room was not actually in the hostel - There is no stove in the hostel kitchen, or even a kettle to boil tap water to wash the dishes in the kitchen - also no, the only sink for the entire hostel is in the toilet. - Their bed linen is of dubious freshness, at the same time, despite the fact that the room has a shower, towels were not given to us - The bed in the room is not the first youth, it is shaky and cracked - The room itself is also not the first youth, its repair left much to be desired - Under the window of the room is the kitchen of McDonald's, whose odors immediately fill the room when trying to ventilate it - It is hot in the room, but it is impossible to adjust the temperature, since the temperature controller on the heating battery is broken off. Opening the window is also not an option, because of the above-mentioned smell from McDonald's - The door lock in the room is wedged, it takes a lot of effort to close the door with a key
It's a creepy place!!! The administrator is in a completely different place, and the administrator of a completely different HOSTEL!!! Instead of the promised 10-meter SINGLE room, they gave a 4-square room with a bunk bed. There was NOTHING else in the cubicle: no table, no chair, and most importantly - there was no WINDOW!!! The air was stale, the walls smelled of paint, and there was no ventilation. When checking in, some kind of inadequately, lying in the corridor, demanded a passport in English. It turned out to be a drunken tenant. It's creepy! For the first time I found myself in a similar hostel, the mood was spoiled for the entire period of my stay. I didn't even go to the free breakfasts (it's in a completely different building) because I reasoned that with such an arrangement, coffee, tea, and the promised sausage sandwich would be rubbish! There was no one to solve the problem with. When booking, it is necessary to notify about such a stay, and the administrators said that there are sooooo many complaints and claims all the time.
Not a bad breakfast. Daily cleaning service. They change the beds. Only the problem with the tea. There are no kettles in the room or a cooler in the hallway.
