A very cool, favorable place to relax. Clean, beautiful, tidy. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Attentive and courteous staff. The class administrator is Orlan. There is a warm outdoor pool, pond, houses, tapchans, barbecues, sauna, scooters, you can ride a horse.

We were with the family from 07.08-08.11.2024. beautiful and clean territory, there is a zoo farm on the territory (there are well-groomed animals and, most importantly, clean pens).
The rooms are clean, water and tea are brought every day, but if you are going to travel with children, make sure that there is no washing machine and clothes dryers. We had a clothesline with us, we hung everything in the room😄👍
About the on-site restaurant. Everything is delicious, the portions are large. The waiter, Madina Zhumatai, was sensitive and attentive to us, asked us what was important for the guests of the establishment.
I recommend visiting this place for family events!

We had a rest in April. There was a very large company, you can play paintball, ride horses and quad bikes, play football, take a walk in the fresh air. There is also entertainment, a water park and, it seems, slides, but it was not the season. The base is large, there is a lot of space. The only thing in the houses was the smell of sewage, but the administration tried to resolve the issue.

Review of the Balkaragai recreation center regarding the stable:
Unfortunately, we had to deal with extremely unprofessional and cruel treatment of horses at this recreation center. During the horse rental, the so-called "instructors" allow themselves to beat the animals standing still. Obviously, this behavior is unacceptable and, moreover, dangerous for both animals and visitors. The staff reacted aggressively to our requests to stop such actions, using profanity.
First, physical violence causes stress and fear in animals, which can lead to sudden and unpredictable reactions that threaten the safety of everyone nearby. Secondly, blows to the ears are especially painful, as horses' ears are very sensitive, and can cause serious damage, including hearing loss.
Please change the instructors at the rental, remove the non-self-taught professionals.

There are also disadvantages: as always, the connection between the customer and the contractor is lame (like a "deaf phone", until the information reaches the waiter, some of it will disappear (for example, you order a table for 29 people, they will put it on 14 or ask you to order boiling water for all, they will bring you boiling water in a teapot). Although thanks to the guys - everything that we told them to fix , they patiently corrected without unnecessary words and complaints .
And of course the prices are cosmic, not everyone can afford to go into a log cabin with amenities.

We had a great rest! I liked the big sauna very much, but the small one is already tubbed, 3 seems to be by number, it's not worth going there. The rooms and houses are clean and warm. We rode ATVs, the children are happy. The food in the restaurant is all very tasty. The only thing we didn't understand was when you ask for dishes in the house, and then the question was 3 plates, they asked for an additional fee, I think it's absurd. Probably the best place to stay near Astana. There is literally everything for every taste, a swimming pool, a water park, a restaurant, cottages and gazebos for picnics. You can ride horses, look into the zoo, walk in the woods along the paved paths. You can see what was happening to the soul. Yes, prices have certainly increased in recent years, but a lot has been invested there, business should be profitable, the warm season is short. And in order not to stand still and develop, funds are needed. I wish them to continue to expand so that more Astana residents can relax here. Then you won't have to go to Borovoye either.

From the very arrival, I liked everything, horseback riding, the children were delighted, we were not at the zoo farm, there are quads, we also did not ride for some reason. The entrance is beautifully decorated, we were on Nauryz on March 21-22, music was playing, even from installed stones, yurts, altybakan, korpeshki with ornaments everywhere on benches, huskies, treated with baursaks directly from the cauldron for free, delicious shish kebab, pilaf, archery, polite staff, presenter, singing grandmothers, orchestra from the National Park.instruments, Kazakh dances of the ensemble, the Tartu rope, games, contests, we are fascinated. The room is chic, warm, clean, design, furnishings. Everywhere there are gazebos of various shapes, grill gazebos, playgrounds, barbecue areas. The air, birch grove, beautiful coniferous trees for a relaxing holiday, the pool is fenced off with its own area. The restaurant is wonderful, there is a buffet for breakfast. My family and I are thrilled. We will visit regularly. Aldiyar manager is a very well-mannered young man, explains everything, always smiles. Prosperity to this institution.

BQ is love at first sight. We visited you 3 times. I really liked the house number 1. Near the Parking lot, you can see the car from the window. Very tasty breakfast, huge selection., The territory is huge. They came both in winter and in summer. In winter, incredible emotions were received, the first time I went up on the lift on a bun and then went down the hill, we had an adult company, but we were happy as children. We celebrated Nauryz with our family this year! Well done, the organizers did their best, fed, entertained, there were games, baursaks and pilaf were very tasty. The yurts were very decent, grandmothers sang wonderful songs, dancers performed and the ensemble performed a cue, a dog tazy, a golden eagle, a loshedei demonstrated pedigreed. We spent 5 hours in nature, the smell of fire and kebabs and a sunny day and we enjoyed the atmosphere. It is wonderful to celebrate Nauryz outside the city, it turned out to be 100 times better than in the city.

I decided to go ice skating, skates should be taken in a container far from the cash register.
