Very tasty boats, unfortunately this is all of the advantages, the service is terrible, the dishes are served in the wrong order with huge intervals, for example, a cheese plate was brought after hot, a salad of vegetables was served with a hair, a lamb kebab does not correspond at all to the declared, the taste of mutton does not seem to be there, at the request to call the administrator the waiter replied that he was not there and all issues were being resolved with the waiter, there were no complaints about the waiter himself, but he behaved extremely emotionally, did not take responsibility for the service and constantly pressed pity with his health condition
All our requests to exclude an unsuitable dish and a dish that did not correspond to the declared one, we heard "what am I going to pay for you?", then 2 owners of this institution approached us (which of them was the owner and whether there was a master at all, we did not understand), one in the process of dialogue I calmly tried to figure out the situation, the second one, who came up later, was hostile, even threatened to kick us out during the dialogue, then we also heard loud shouts from the guests "get out / get out of here", after which there was a fight on the part of the staff, there were no provocations on our part, the woman began to snatch the phone with the camera, shouting obscenities, hitting on the head, grabbing by the hair, the entire restaurant staff came running to this and saw us off with loud reproaches
We paid the bill, which we were going to do from the very beginning
I do not advise visiting this institution, it is impossible to feel safe there if the staff can afford to assault guests, customer orientation remains in last place

There were a lot of unoccupied tables, so there is simply no question of a full landing. The waiter was waited for about 15 minutes. The order was the simplest: beer, cocktail and squid rings in batter. Another 20 minutes later, beer and a cocktail were served. Summer, the sea, a warm evening, so we sit and wait peacefully. But when the rings were brought, the peaceful wait was over. It was something ..... Something in the batter, exactly something. We tried to call the chef, but it doesn't work out, apparently, we are ashamed of this creation. Bottom line: never again, although we really love the Paragraph and calmly treat the unobtrusive service. But it was just trash

Whoa! This is almost one of the best places I've been to :) It's great that they accept transfers, as there is not always cash, crazy views, varied cuisine, polite and friendly staff ☺️ We always try to stop by whenever possible when we are nearby 😍🥰

The waiters are terrified that their orders are waiting decently, the interior is already worn out, you will not get comfort. You can only eat shish kebab from food. Khinkali is a mess, grilled vegetables - 5 pieces in the midst of the vegetable season, there is no fresh bread, only boats, salad- for 3, lula- salty, beer- Sukhumi norms, vodka is not heavy.
I won't go a second time.

We didn't have time to evaluate the kitchen. We went to relax in the evening, drink wine, but after 5 minutes one of our friends was attacked by locals. First they got to his wife, then they knocked him down and started beating him, we ran to help, but there were a lot more locals, they didn't get too badly... When we were able to escape from there, a wooden box was thrown at us, hitting us in the head, and we had to sew it up... If you value your life and health, avoid this institution!!! They hate tourists here, they hate guests... you can be maimed just like that because they are bored... There is no security, no one will care about you... And yes, they also shouted that they would start shooting now... It's a wild place, although it looks decent... It may be relatively quiet there during the day, but there is nothing to do there in the evening...

Very bad, one star only for food
we booked a table in the afternoon, came at 9 p.m. and the waitress said that there were no tables, and ran away without even trying to solve the problem. She just left and that's it. we had to solve the problem ourselves, we approached the administrators and only then were we put in jail
we waited about 20 minutes for our order to be accepted, and then they served us only because we called the waiter ourselves
we ordered boats, pasta and lemonades and something else. after 20 minutes, it turned out that there were "computer problems" (most likely, the waiter simply forgot to put the order in the keeper), and our order had just begun to be prepared. after another 40 minutes, drinks were brought to us. after another 20 minutes, we found out that the boats were no longer being made because the kitchen was closed (half of us ordered them). as a result, I had to share the food that was still brought to everyone, so as not to wait another two hours
we ordered pasta with shrimp, and an hour later the waiter brought the shrimp risotto. to the logical question "what is it?" He replied, "Well, I found something with shrimp on the menu, there was nothing else there." when they finally brought us pasta, which had 4 small shrimps, 3 of which with a shell.
and there was also "live music" playing in the background: a fake girl who sang other people's songs
By the way, we also waited 40 minutes for the bill
The general impression is that no one wants to work, no one needs anything at all. The guests themselves must take the initiative to be served and shout across the hall for the bill to be brought to them. it's just terrible, even in the cheapest eateries in Russia there has never been such terrible service, especially for a price tag high enough for Abkhazia
