The main thing is clean and tidy, there is also a conditioner. All rooms are double, double, but 4 people can fit there if desired, since the sofa is spacious. Two adults and 2 children under 5 years old stopped by, everything was fine. The only unpleasant moment was that, on the second night of rest, the staff of this holiday home got drunk and made noise themselves. It was unpleasant that the children woke up. In general, you can safely relax there, because the main thing is the beach, Lake Balkhash itself, which surprises me with its beauty every year...

A great place to relax. Direct access to the beach. Shops are within walking distance. I would like to mention the staff separately. They are nimble, responsive and just handsome! The kitchen can also be safely recommended! The food is excellent! In general, we plan to repeat the trip next summer!

Positive: The food is very tasty and varied, The lake itself is warm and gorgeous in color, The beach is very close. Minuses: Dirty room and plumbing, stained bed linen and towels, the bedspread was not washed at all, the sheet was not in size (small), it was not replaced and we ended up sleeping on a bare mattress. The room costs a lot of money and for this money you want to see at least cleanliness in the room.

We are very disappointed in the hotels, after that we do not want to return to Balkhash. The bed linen and towels are old and gray , the bed holds together terribly with every movement , the sofa was broken , it was terribly uncomfortable for the children to lie on it . I was also very upset by the lack of humanity of the administration . My brother and his family needed to leave urgently , the administration did not make concessions , did not return at least some of the money , although after his departure other people were immediately settled . 100 thousand were appropriated and even more rude . In general, the impressions were not very good , I do not recommend the hotel.

We didn't stay for long, it was clean, but the furniture is old, the mattress is very uncomfortable, springs are felt. The water is running well, there is hot water. The beach is perfect, but the lake is very shallow in this place. It is good for small children to swim. But I would like to put all the jet skis and boats in one place to park on the shore, otherwise they stop wherever they want, which is not safe. Breakfast for 2 people is included. They cook delicious. Friendly and courteous staff!

We stopped for the night on the way to Almaty and back. We didn't get to breakfast because we left early in the morning. The rooms are normal, the only thing I didn't like was the toilet, it smelled, but it seemed clean. The air conditioning worked in the 2 rooms where we were. And it bribed that the children have free accommodation. The rooms have 2 double beds and a sofa, a wardrobe and a TV. However, we had to look for lunch and dinner elsewhere, since we did not wait for either the menu or the waiter there.
