I am pleasantly surprised by this train station. Although small, it is very cozy. It has two floors, a waiting room, kiosks for buying water and snacks.
I was pleased with the cleanliness, coziness, and the coffee machine.

The station itself is standard for small towns such as Balkhash. Over time, something is being repaired, and thank God. The only thing is that in summer it feels especially, there are too few direct flights from Karaganda - Astana, and there are no flights from Almaty at all!!
And of course it is wildly annoying that it is possible to buy a ticket at the ticket office only for CASH!!! What a madhouse in the 21st century! At the very least, I had to beg the cashier to throw money into my personal account! Therefore, I always take tickets only online, even if it is 200-300 tenge more expensive, but without this hemorrhoid!
