Great hotel, excellent service, everything is clean, the food is delicious. I was pleased with the very close location to the sea. At the reception, plus or minus, they understood Russian, there were no misunderstandings
We had a rest from August 7 to August 13, 2024. After reading reviews about paid Wi-Fi, we were pleasantly surprised that the password is given absolutely free of charge. It was the first pleasant impression. But then it deteriorated: after checking into the room, they found that there was a puddle on the floor under the sink. It was expected that it would dry out, but after taking a shower, it turned out that there was no tightness, water was added and the puddle only increased. The air conditioner, which was in room 111, where we were settled, was driving barely warm air with its last breath🙈 The refrigerator turned off when you left the room and turned on only upon arrival, so all the available products deteriorated 😡 About a puddle on the floor, a non-working air conditioner and a somehow working refrigerator, we contacted the reception immediately how they settled in. They promised to solve everything in the morning. But they safely scored a bolt on us🔩 After each shower, no matter how tightly we tried to close the door, a puddle of water constantly formed on the floor, about which we asked for room cleaning, coming to the reception several times a day, but every time we heard: "Tomorrow". One day they caught the cleaners themselves, invited them to the room and, pointing to the "pool" in the shower, asked for room cleaning. They began to discuss something very displeased (I suspect that our persons are not the most flattering way). In general, there was a puddle under the sink all the time, even when we returned to the room after cleaning (there were obviously some problems with the pipes). The air conditioner, after another complaint at the reception, was promised to be checked, but it never worked. And the temperature in early August was +36+42 °C and staying in the room for a week was a test, of course 🥵
Food: once a week, fried chicken drumsticks were hot, the rest of the time incomprehensible semi-finished products, and what I personally enjoyed: there were always fried eggplant and zucchini. I didn't need anything else. There were always fresh vegetables and greens. There was never porridge, omelette, scrambled eggs for breakfast - always boiled eggs.
Fruits: watermelon, plums or apples (one or the other). The sweet ones have never come across any of the above.
A separate topic of COFFEE: for 5 days out of 7, the coffee machine gave out coffee without milk (when requesting a latte or cappuccino) and it used to happen that when you press the "hot chocolate" button, you get a glass of boiling water 💁🏻♀️
Desserts: some kind of national rolls soaked in sweet water for dinner.
There was only one cleaning when we "fished out" the cleaners in the hallway on our own. They took the towels, but they didn't leave any new ones. When I asked the reception to give me towels, it turned out that the machine washing them was broken and there were no towels💁🏻♀️ I had to beg for at least something from the reserves and found one small one (and thanks for that). Soap and shampoo were provided at the reception upon request.
There is a Migros supermarket to the side of the hotel. It seemed a little expensive there (5 liters of water, a pack of cookies, a small package of cheese and small. mayonnaise cost $8). I like the BIM supermarket much more (it's a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel): there prices are more affordable and you can buy a lot for a gift (there are towels, mugs, etc.).
The sea is across the street from the hotel. There are slabs along the entire beach line, but we knew about it and were ready.
There is a small pool and a few sun beds (12-15 pieces), but there was always enough for everyone (both sun beds and a place in the pool).
I liked the location of the hotel very much: a beautiful promenade, many cafes, nearby (20-30 minutes on foot) there is a lift up the mountain to the tower.
There are sellers of excursions right near the hotel, prices are normal.
I think that if they had responded to our requests about the air conditioner, then I would have put 5 stars, not paying attention to other shortcomings. As it was, staying in the room was impossible due to the terrible heat (even though we tried to only spend the night in the room). Practically, the absence of air conditioning, the vacation was significantly overshadowed. I think that in this heat, such an attitude towards tourists is unacceptable and I consider it a mockery.
Not a bad hotel. They were at the end of September - the first half of October 2024. On-demand cleaning is of high quality. The food is not bad, the choice is not great, but it is quite tasty. it is more difficult for a child to choose, of course. The sea is very close. The staff is polite and pleasant. I would have returned to this hotel again. I recommend.
