We have been in lots of places in Uzbekistan, but we found this hidden gem in the middle of Chimgan mountains. We were so surprised about how beautiful the cottages are and the territory is so well maintained. The service is also at a high level and we were treated so nicely! Highly recommended

A great place for a summer vacation. The houses are clean, cleaned, everything is observed. It is very pleasant to be in them.
The territory, although small, is gentrified, with the exception of a small number of shady places - you can't hide from the sun in the middle of the day. The general infinity pool is for an amateur (cold), but there is a children's pool nearby and the water is warm there.
There is a playground for children, but there is no children's food or anything like that on the menu. So I definitely do not recommend going here with small children.
The food is delicious, especially the specialties (for example, Balandda salad) - they can be brought directly to the room, to the gazebo - any way and anytime.
Of course, it is better to rent a chalet with a Jacuzzi, then you will fully feel the atmosphere of this place.

Everything would be great! And so in order, we made a 20% discount on others, thanks, everything is cool, we ordered dinner marble steak (sole from galoshes) dry, it feels like it has been warmed or dried more than once, bafolo wings are damp, meat from burgers from the chef is almost like steak, fries and garlics are delicious!somewhere at 23:30, the water was drained into the Jacuzzi without warning, but I wanted to sit at night, there is time between departure and arrival to drain and dial, and we had a check-in at 19:00, so we were left without a Jacuzzi for the night. In the morning, wash your face, and there is nothing to brush your teeth with, I called the reception, but they don't have such things, they say, fortunately there were kits from other hotels and airlines in the car! Breakfast, as they say on the premium website or something like that, is not very good at all, a buffet with porridges, butter, kaymak, and a couple of jams, pancakes are dry, sausage looks terrible, and a couple more cups of something not very good, I asked for an icing, fried it will bring, tea with lemon brought, but I had to go for sugar, they poured it into some kind of beaker in portions. In short, the breakfast is not premium, but a beach breakfast!the manager needs to stop by for breakfast at Radisson blu, and at least reproduce 5% of this at home! Even Avenue Park with its weak breakfast is much better! However, while staying at the pool, the manager probably came up, asked if she liked everything, told her about their dinner, complimented them with delicious tea, a couple of ice cream, and cakes. I kept thinking why they made a consonant name, like at a height, and the food is balanda! Bottom line, the staff is helpful! A huge minus for food (if you go only with food and cook in the chalet there is a kitchen with everything you need, a barbecue and a fireplace on the street) and of course it's not a problem to buy dental kits, towels, bathrobes, blankets, shampoo and gel are all there!

One of the few quiet places in the Chimgan mountains. However, the service leaves much to be desired, there are many young guys who apparently just graduated from school. There are a couple of hosters who often do not understand what they want, although they are very nice girls. There is a large swimming pool, there are several sofas, sun beds and a couple of tables around. Also in the complex there are cabins covered with a thick cloth with a glass roof in which I mostly stay and there are several triangular houses on the upper tier. There is a good selection of dishes, however, they are not willing to stop because the food is not good without floating the standard Menu, kebabs salads burgers potatoes beer set. The quality of the food back and forth is not to say super and not to say bad. I would say acceptable. But there is a stunning view of the Chimgan Mountains and the weather is not so hot thanks to the mountains. At above-average prices, I am generally satisfied with the place. It is suitable for a relaxing family vacation or small companies. There is a micro playground with a babysitter. Convenient parking on site. The prices are above average, perhaps you can find better for such a check, but I am satisfied with spending time there often.

We came here with the team to hold a team building. The video is beautiful, which they show of course, but in fact the Chalet has very steep stairs to the 2nd floor, the faucet in the toilet on the first floor is hanging out, karaoke of the worst quality. The WiFi network is terribly implemented, there are mesh routers, but the mesh is not configured and connected by wire, each place has its own network, and low speed, In the penthouse the door to the balcony does not open until you lift it, in general everything is so dead and not worth it. It's better to go to the country. The idea is good, but there is not enough competent manager and service.

Thanks to this place, I fell in love with Chimgan! There is some kind of non-transferable Vibe in these houses, they are easy and comfortable! A warm bath is generally a fire, you can have a very good time in it!)) bathhouse, room service, oddly enough, normal food, it has been a rarity in the mountains lately. Great staff! Well done to the one who made this place!!! A very competent project with a soul!

The worst place, I wouldn't even give one star to the service. The service and rooms do not pull the money that they ask for the rooms.. First of all, I have been staying at the hotel for the second day in Chalet 1 there is no Internet. And they declare high-speed Internet in the price list. I asked to turn on the sauna, waited for 35 minutes, called the manager only after that they came.. Roestoran Canteen everything is dirty where the buffet food is located * horror!!! We came for breakfast, there is nothing to cut until I asked where the food is? There is no coffee machine in the hall. Coffee is only espresso and cappuccino.. There is no view of the mountains, all the windows are covered with film. There are some abandoned construction sites in the circle.. I do not recommend it. People don't buy into the beautifully taken photos on the site.

We were there 2 times, with a difference of 2 years. The first time, everything was great, except for the slightly polluted Jacuzzi. It's a great place, we didn't find any disadvantages. Mountain view, warm pool, chalet with its own Jacuzzi and sauna (some), barbecue area. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The chalet has an air conditioner that can warm at night and cool during the day. Delicious food, the most hospitable service. We were on a weekday, there weren't many people, we got high from the bottom of our hearts.

A great place to relax,,, rested with a male company,,, on the first day we rented apartments near the pool, on the second day we rented a chalet house with a sauna and a Jacuzzi. The staff is very polite,,, adequate,,, the rooms are clean and have everything for relaxation (barbecue,,, barbecue,,, skewers,,, cauldrons,,, gas stove,,, refrigerator), you can bring food and drinks with you, which is also very pleasant.
The only unpleasant moment was from the administration that they turned off the sauna in our house at 00:00 without warning, they turned off the machine somewhere and turned it on in the morning. I recommend it for family holidays and for relaxing with friends.

Fabulous location, beautiful view, large swimming pool.
Delicious cuisine, and the dishes themselves and the serving are excellent. Polite staff, it is possible to pay with a card. I was pleasantly surprised by the locker room with a sanitary unit - perfect cleanliness. Beautiful and cozy chalets with simply cosmic views from the large windows to the mountains…
On the downside, the water in the pool was cold. At the bar, the mojito cocktail was clearly not topped up with rum, although the price was like for a normal cocktail, so I recommend asking them to do it in front of you.
Overall, it is a very pleasant place, I will definitely come there again

This is really the pearl of Chimgan! The perfect place to relax in the heat and just stop by with friends! Stunning mountain views and amazing service. The magnificent pool has 27 degrees of water. Tents and gazebos have been thought out, in which it is convenient to spend time with the company. Tents by the pool and there for 3-5 people. And gazebos on the top, in the barbecue area. There is a restaurant with adequate cuisine. The bar, of course. You can rent houses and apartments in general. A 3-bedroom apartment is just a dream! So I recommend you to visit in every possible way!!

We lived in the penthouse for 2 days (6 people). (I specifically chose this option because there are 3 separate rooms and the most expensive option of all)
Expectations were not fulfilled.
1. Air conditioners - There are no air conditioners in the rooms. In the rooms around the edges it is still tolerable because there are windows, but in the room in the middle it is just terrible because there are no windows there.
2. Jacuzzi - Upon arrival, we were confronted with the fact that the Jacuzzi in the penthouse had not yet been installed.... The sadness......
3. Summer kitchen - Sadness.... Because in Chalets that are cheaper, the summer kitchen is much more solid and beautiful.And to be precise, this summer kitchen simply does not exist in the penthouse.
4. Reception- If you need something from the reception, then be ready to call back and remind or wait for hours.
Result:
* The place itself is beautiful, clean, but I do not recommend taking a Penthouse! If you have a large company, it is better to take several Chalets than 1 Penthouse.
* If you have rented a Penthouse, I do not advise you to choose a room in the middle. On a hot day, you will die from the heat.

The pool, sauna and Jacuzzi are excellent.
The penthouse where we lived is very spacious and sufficient for 6 people.
The staff does not feel trained yet, the service is for 4, Breakfast is for 4. The location in relation to the mountains is for 5+.
The air is simply crystal clear, the temperature differs from Tashkent by minus 6 degrees.
A fresh breeze, an area with umbrellas, VIP terraces along the pool - great.

Today we visited this beautiful place . The views are gorgeous .. The pool is great, clean, and the atmosphere is pleasant.. The service is lame, we haven't left yet, we were asked to vacate the table several times, although there are a lot of empty seats, the reason is not clear ... so don't spoil the impression.. the food is 50/50 there are dishes that we liked, there were dishes for three, well, in general, we had a great time 👍

We rested here with friends (we took a house with a Jacuzzi), I highly recommend it! A cozy small area with a wonderful barbecue area (you must have a barbecue yourself!), everything is clean in the house - a great option for 2 families. There is a nice large swimming pool, a bar and a cafe/restaurant on site. Very beautiful view of the mountains

It's a terrible place. There is more chlorine in the pool than water, there is nothing to breathe in the Penthouse rooms, the Jacuzzi is in the sun during the day, it does not work in the evening because it is solar powered, the cocktails are not delicious, and in the end it is VERY expensive for what is offered.

A wildly uncomfortable Penthouse.! The sauna is small in one of the rooms, next to the sleeping bed.. one of the rooms has no ventilation at all.. it is very stuffy and not ventilated..! But otherwise everything is fine!

They almost died in Chimgan Balandda. We rested in this place. And at first it seemed to us that the place was very beautiful and pleasant. And the problems with the service were a little annoying, but seemed tolerable given the view of the mountains. In addition, we found an approach to the employees of this place, and just called them a hundred times and did not give many orders at the same time. Breakfast was never brought to us at the agreed time, but these are small things. And everything would be fine, but one day we ordered pilaf. That was the first bell. They asked for 4-6 people. As a result, we were made for 8-12 at a cost of 1 million soums ($ 100). Lawlessness! There are no such prices anywhere! Here we already felt the greed of this place. Then there were two unpleasant incidents with a difference of half an hour. Two of our group got hurt in the pool. One guy stepped on a piece of glass in the pool. The first-aid kit was carried for 20 minutes. There was only alcohol and a bandage in it. It's scary to imagine what would have happened if the injury had been at least a little more serious. It's an HOUR's drive to the nearest hospital! Later that day, a girl from our company got hurt getting out of the pool. They brought her another first-aid kit 15 minutes later, which had rectal candles, but no patch. The patch was later given by another girl from our company. By the way, the next day a vacuum cleaner was found for the pool and it began to be cleaned. And then a complete trash started happening.
On the night before departure, a fire broke out in a nearby chalet. The tenant of this chalet started running around the village and knocking on doors to call for help. No one responded. As a result, he opened the car and honked for a long time to call for help. Apparently he was in a state of shock and it can be understood. The administration was not in the village at night. Moreover, the gates were closed. It was lucky that the fire did not spread to the neighboring chalet. The shield and the plastics around it burned down. The daughter of this man almost died from the smoke, as she was sleeping on the ground floor at the time of the fire. The tragedy did not happen only because the tenant of the chalet was sitting with his wife on the street and noticed the smell of smoke. THERE ARE NO FIRE EXTINGUISHERS IN ANY CHALET IN THE VILLAGE!!! THE PENTHOUSE IS LINED WITH PLASTIC, WHICH WILL BURST INTO FLAMES IN A SECOND!!! Then we waited 40 minutes for the firefighters. Firefighters arrived, recognized that there was a fire. No documents were drawn up, the certificate was not shown, the inspector was not called. This is a violation of all regulations and laws. Cover-up and negligence, and most likely corruption. And they did so because they most likely accepted this settlement themselves. Moreover, the village itself is not cheap, but they do not have any fire extinguishers, fire sensors and normal first-aid kits, although it costs a penny relative to the cost of the village! SHAME ON YOU! If I were this tenant, I would sue these scoundrels to the fullest. The situation could have ended in TRAGEDY AND SCANDAL throughout the country if the fire had spread to other chalets. All the inhabitants of the village would have burned down in a few minutes at night. Also, later one of our guys told us that one night the Jacuzzi next to the chalet warmed up to boiling water and the guys almost got burned. What kind of mess is going on here? I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING IN BALANDA CHIMGAN! LIFE-THREATENING!
