Excellent service and a wonderful experience!
My experience of staying at the Central Baku Hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center. My room was on the 3rd floor with a balcony, and the view from it was just wonderful.
The service was top notch. When I arrived at the reception, I was offered Lavazza Italian coffee, which was a very pleasant gesture. They also did not charge an additional fee for early check-in, which also left a positive impression.
When I arrived at the hotel, a young man with an innocent look and a smile carried my luggage directly to my room, and this also added positive emotions.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and conditions at the Central Baku Hotel, and if I visit Baku again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Nice hotel in a good location. Fountain Square is just 5 minutes away.
The hotel is currently under reconstruction, and they promised to do everything in April.
The room is large, clean, and has a balcony. There is no air conditioning or refrigerator yet.
I liked the girl Aina at the reception, she is always ready to help, solved any questions.

Let's start with the advantages: the location is good. We provided a free transfer from the airport to the hotel. The employee took the suitcase to the 4th floor. The breakfast is delicious, but continental. Omelette/scrambled/boiled eggs, a small plate of vegetables, delicious bread, cheese/butter/cream, tea and coffee, raspberry jam. The staff was friendly, helpful, and answered questions online quickly before check-in.
Cons: they settled on the 4th floor, there is no elevator. There is no air conditioning in the room, it is very stuffy. The windows operate in the "open/closed" position. Wires are sticking out of the walls. Renovation in the "hi-tak" style. There are traces of roof leaks on the ceiling. They take out the trash every day, but linen is not changed (not once in 3 nights), towels were changed 1 time, and the bath set was not updated. They offer a transfer from the hotel to the airport for 30 manats (a taxi is 3 times cheaper). I can hear the neighbors.
Three stars is a stretch.

A very convenient place to stay with a family, several bedrooms, rooms are tastefully decorated, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay and a good rest, Comfortable and beautiful bathrooms, a good kitchen. Cleanliness and beauty, and a great location in the city center!!!

It's a creepy place. There is no reception (under repair), there is no food. There are no chairs or armchairs in the room. It's cold and noisy. There's a hole in the wall instead of an air conditioner. In the morning, after additional demands, breakfast was brought on a tray (a cup of tea and a couple of eggs, butter, bread). I ate standing up (there are no chairs). So the tray was not cleaned until the next day (left). They brought a chair - covered in paint (from the workers) with a falling-off back - and returned it. They promised a new one, but they never gave it to me. A small shower room - the shower hits the toilet directly through the washbasin.

The hotel is terrible, everything is old, dirty, under renovation, there is dust and dirt in the room. The transfer is very expensive, cheaper by taxi.

No one ever visit this hotel:it's dirty, the curtains are torn, the wardrobe is broken, the bed is sagged, the restaurant is a room with tables and a bunch of junk in the corner, booked for a week, ran away the next day, the money was not returned to us
