The place is very beautiful, on the river bank, near the Old Castle, there is a terrace. Quiet music. It's a good atmosphere.
Food: we ordered soups, liked everything, then octopus: this dish is not worth its 40 rubles., octopus meat is rubbery, it tastes nothing special. There was also a turkey chop, and my husband didn't like it either, besides it was dry and tough. I ordered a chocolate fondue for dessert. I liked the dessert, it was delicious and tender.
Conclusion: it's worth going and enjoying the atmosphere of the place. With food, of course, you can choose other dishes, for sure we just happened to.

A great place to meet. You can talk quietly, enjoy the interesting design and have a delicious meal. We ordered Bakst salad, duck leg and beef tongue. All the dishes were perfectly cooked and interestingly served. The staff is friendly, served quickly, helped to make a choice. The music is unobtrusive and quiet. Prices are at the Minsk level. It is better to book a table in advance for the weekend. I definitely recommend you to visit if you are looking for a beautiful, quiet place with good cuisine.

Of all the restaurants in Grodno that we visited, Bakst turned out to be the only one that we returned to on purpose. The place is very pleasant - a pleasant and cozy interior, good service. The food is interesting, with a beautiful presentation - we were not disappointed in any of the ordered dishes. Drinks are worth noting separately - Bakst serves memorable author's cocktails and very tasty spicy coffee.
Overall, it is a very good place to sit and relax.

An atmospheric place on the banks of the Neman River, a romantic atmosphere. But that alone wouldn't be enough for a successful evening, so here's the brilliant service and excellent cuisine. They all made our evening enjoyable and memorable for a long time. And either on March 8, or the romance of the city, or a good tour, or maybe all together formed a wonderful impression of this place. A very decent menu - delicious tongue on a potato pillow with mushroom sauce, a salad of warm liver with herbs, and of course a cocktail Russian seasons :) Thank you guys so much for your excellent work, we appreciate it and thank you! ♥️

There was no cloakroom attendant at the entrance and we had to hang the jackets ourselves. Then we were told that the waiting time for cooking would be more than an hour, although there were very few people in the restaurant, a maximum of 50% occupancy. I ordered a steak, but the steak was a weak 4 out of 5 points, because it was a little dry and tasteless, and the sauce and side dish saved me. And they also included an extra glass of beer in the payment, but they apologized and made 2 coffees with themselves. The staff is polite, otherwise everything is fine.

Fast and delicious. Very good service. There is a "quick serve" lunch menu and a "regular" menu, the dishes are ready pretty quickly too. A pleasant atmosphere, quiet, cozy and at the same time quite spacious, a view of the side of the hill with the wall of the Old Castle and the fire tower museum. There is a terrace. At the end, a photo was added - a view of the restaurant and terrace from the neighboring hill - from the Borisoglebskaya Kolozhskaya Church.

Hello! We came to dinner at Bakst restaurant yesterday. Beautiful, cozy, calm. Everything is great, but... of the three selected cocktails available on the menu, none were available (were there any on the menu, but were there no ingredients?). The hot dish was waited for 2 hours, while there were few guests in the restaurant. After 2 hours, they gave up on the hot stuff and left. The service is at zero, the dirty salad plates have not been cleaned for a long time. It's necessary to spoil the impression and mood so much.

A very pleasant and colorful place near the castles. The light, bright interior, the courtyard is decorated with posters with reproductions of Bakst's works. Because we only went for coffee with dessert, I can't say anything about the kitchen, but the strudel was on top - a large portion (my husband and I had enough for two), a lot of filling, moderately sweet, but not cloying taste, raspberry sauce harmoniously complemented the dessert.
The service is fast and delicate. We were sitting on a large outdoor terrace overlooking the Old Castle and Kalozha Park.

Beautiful views of the Neman, pleasant interior, courteous staff. But for the restaurant, the main thing is delicious food, and here there are problems: they give away dishes for a long time. Beer and tea were waiting for 20 minutes. The submission queue is not respected. At the same time, tartar and soup were brought. The quiche-loren was liquid in the middle, i.e. undercooked. The waitress shrugged her shoulders at my claims, the dish was not replaced, no compliment was offered from the institution.The chef needs to monitor the quality of the dishes served. Such ' shoals ' are unacceptable.

My daughter and son-in-law came to visit. The question of where to have dinner together did not even arise - undoubtedly at Bakst! Everything is at the highest level. Excellent cuisine. I chose tuna dishes and did not regret it: everything was amazingly cooked and served accordingly. The guests were very satisfied: excellent cuisine; calm atmosphere, conducive to communication. Many thanks to the management, the chef and all the staff. Special thanks to the waiter Victoria Zdanovich, who served our table. I would like to note her professionalism, attentive attitude and smile, which added a kind of zest to the service. Just the pros, everything is fine. Thank you for the warm welcome. If you want to eat, it's not here. An establishment where people are greeted by their clothes. The dishes are beautifully decorated, but the combination of flavors has not been worked out at all. I'm not a prude and I'm ready to discover new combinations for myself, but in this case it didn't work out. Pork in cream sauce, turns out to be with anise. Pork is dry from all these spices. At the same time, there is not a word of warning about this on the menu or from the waiter. The beef is passable, but the wow effect is not supported by anything. Fish and chips are bland and not crunchy. There are no draniki! To my surprise, there were people, but I do not know why they came. Disappointment. Let's go look for flavors on the street.

Today, just walking around, we just went to the Bucks to eat. Without a recommendation or any information about this place. We gathered food for the whole company, tried everything and left this place with an incredibly pleasant aftertaste! The staff is polite, all the dishes are very tasty and interesting. I'm just thrilled! And the check is smaller than the previous sensational places. It's a pity we didn't know about this place before! We highly recommend it to everyone!

A beautiful building, a fabulous location, but the kitchen was not up to par. The cooked pork tenderloin looked very interesting, but it turned out to be raw. When asked to fix it somehow, the cook poured sauce over it and offered it again. Health is more expensive and I refused when the bill was brought. This dish was paid for. I was with an elderly lady and did not arrange a showdown, so as not to spoil her excellent impressions of your fabulous city.

A very pleasant place with a beautiful panoramic view, no worse than Stefan Batory's from his castle.
I really liked the cabbage soup and beef stroganoff pancakes from the business lunch menu.
But the seafood soup from the main menu is weak, a completely mediocre dish, the broth tastes strongly of mussels, tomatoes are not at all confused, there are no shrimp in the soup, only pieces of squid, a small octopus, and two mussels.
The strudel is not bad, but it feels like it was heated in the microwave, and this is absolutely not the case, you need to reheat the pastries in the oven. Then she acquires her former, freshly baked charm.

Great restaurant. I read some kind of review - that it was served for a long time. We were on Saturday evening, there were a lot of people, a full hall - everything was brought to us within 15-20 minutes. The food quality is excellent, the mushroom soup is wonderful, the duck leg is gorgeous, the beef tartare is excellent, the fondue is like a fondue, good. Liqueurs - they took cranberry , ginger and Raspberry - are also of excellent quality, they do not cause any negative feelings. The latte is wonderful. Such a dinner for two cost $ 40, the prices for such a restaurant and the quality of the food are very acceptable. I support the rating of the institution, I can safely advise you to visit Grodno. P.S. - I whispered to the waitress that it was our wedding anniversary - we organized a candle in the fountain - a trifle, but it's nice for my wife. Thanks!

Why and for what to come here?
There are no machanka and flasks, bacon and pancakes, wizards and other things from the category "homemade like grandma's" — this is a really fine cuisine restaurant offering author's dishes of immaculately high quality cooking.
The interior corresponding to the name, dim lighting, soft background music, tables placed at a distance — all this, together with the menu, defines the restaurant as an ideal place for a quiet evening with your loved ones. The fact that we had an offer made at the next table (she agreed!) — the best proof of that.
I thank the owners and staff of the restaurant for their efforts, which ensured my delightfully wonderful evening in Grodno.

Two Tartars were killed. Beef tartare is cut very coarsely, tasteless, mustard clogs everything out of taste. Tuna tartare in general, for the first time we encountered that the fish that went into it was slightly salted, and not fresh. The pork is very tough, the knife barely coped. The furniture is dirty, and there are big black spots on the white chairs. The serving of the dishes was also surprised, hot dishes were brought first, and after 15 minutes they only brought snacks. The staff is not interested in communicating with customers. We were very disappointed in this institution after so many good reviews.
