One of the best zoos in the former Soviet Union, clean and well maintained, with huge enclosures. The zoo's inhabitants look and feel great. It is not as huge as Moscow, but it is very well thought out: walking paths along the wooden flooring along the aviaries create the impression of a walk in nature, lots of trees and greenery. The entrance fee for tourists is 15 manats (about 1,000 rubles), and this money is nothing compared to the emotions and great mood received)

it's small, but very cool: everything is clean, a good idea with multi-level walking paths, well-fed and well-fed pets, there are no crowds of people, and I was on a day off in the lunch area, and the queue to buy an entrance ticket passed quickly enough
