Very tasty and homemade food. There is no menu, everything is in words, but any dishes are 10/10!
In fact, all the dishes cost 10 manats, and the portions are large. It's unremarkable, but cozy.

The cafe is difficult to find, because on offline maps it is marked by the owner: cafe Azimzade P. F. There is almost no rating anywhere, but we found 2 enthusiastic reviews, and decided to go after visiting the cultural center. Heydar Aliyev. We have never regretted it. The cafe is small, for local residents, Azeybarjan cuisine is prepared. There is no menu, the owner will list what you have. The most important thing is that everything is prepared "from under the knife", without blanks. Both dolma and duchbara were magnificent, freshly made. All dishes cost 7-8 manats. And at the end there was a decanter of delicious lemon sherbet, which went very well with the eaten meat dishes. In short, if you are in Baku near the IM center. Heydar Aliyev, I highly recommend this cafe. 4
