Delicious, pleasant, but noisy)
The staff is polite, courteous, drinks, hot food-everything is delicious, the kitchen is open-like!
But the music seems to be a little loud, and combined with the audibility of the other tables, it feels like…
The portions are large, satisfying!
This is not the first visit, it seems that we have been here for the 5th time and each time we did not find fault with the food.
If you're going to be here, be sure to order a Napoleon (best of the best)
Of the cons, it's noisy,
but this is a consequence of the fact that there are a lot of guests)) all the other advantages:
Good service, all dishes made from the freshest products, pastries and coffee are a separate story, sooo large selection of coffee, I really liked this place.P.S. the interior is TOP
The sadness, in the style of show-off ...
Alas, the place disappointed, we came to visit Astana, the bakerist advised, for me, the place will go, desserts for this price, it will go, beautiful, mediocre, but it will go, but the coffee is a tragedy, so many show-offs, its own roasting, Costa Rica, but the guys don't understand coffee at all when you buy a butch Bru for 2500 you think it will be wow, but no, it's not very tasty, the coffee is overcooked, with defects, the descriptors are unreadable, the cappuccino is overheated...
Bottom line, the place is purely from a series of cheap show-offs, the cuisine is good, but I don't recommend desserts and especially coffee
If you want to wait a long time, double-check the receipt and recalculate whether everything was calculated correctly for you, wait for the take-out order from the showcase (which takes 2-3 minutes to assemble), but you need to wait 20-30 minutes, go here.
We had breakfast today, then decided to take bread and desserts home to take away. I went to the checkout and placed an order, at first they said that the cheesecake had been redeemed, then removing it quickly from the showcase, the cashier touched all the pies that were lying on the showcase with her T-shirt, pretending not to hear, they collected the order for a very long time and eventually it turned out that the whole cake was counted instead of a piece (double-check the receipts). While we were sorting it out, Waiting at the checkout for a long time to collect the order, I explained everything to the administrator, to which I simply received the answer "there are a lot of people, I'll talk to the staff." They also made a remark to me that I was shouting (but I just spoke louder because I couldn't hear well because of the hum.
In general, the attitude is not like a client, but as if you came to ask them for something. A slow-moving staff, an uninvolved administrator who, at best, will quickly escort you, at worst, with his words or look, will make you not just a dissatisfied customer, but a hysterical one.
The establishment won't be open for so long. Well, it's a minus for me, at least one institution.
I'll call this day how to ruin a day for 30 thousand. If they still knew how to handle objections and your admin was interested in resolving the conflict properly, everything could be completely different. But this behavior that I'm shouting and such phrases as "you can keep it down, let's step back," and shifting some kind of blame onto the client doesn't make you look good at all.
In front of me, at that moment, the woman was taking bread and refused to order because of the long wait. And they just told her OK, they'll make a refund now. This is an attitude from the "don't like it go ahead" series. Fortunately, there are many good places in the city, uh, before you go, you should have read the reviews to understand that the service here is at a low level and not spoil your breakfast.
Astana greeted my arrival with snow and a cozy breakfast in this wonderful institution. Everything is perfect in this place: the hostel, the interior, the service, and, of course, the kitchen itself. The guys roast the coffee themselves.
Alternative
brewing methods are used. Well, the name speaks for itself - the pastries and bread here are such that you can swallow your tongue. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart 🖤
It's been a long, long time since I've enjoyed cooking and baking so much. The staff are smart, super attentive. Cuisine: fast serving, fresh and high-quality products. Pastries and desserts are being prepared right in front of our eyes. The coffee is amazing.
Impressed. Thank you, prosperity and satisfied customers.
The coffee is good, the pastries are good too, the interior is modern. The waitress told me sternly when I ordered a non-alcoholic appetizer, but I warn you right away that we don't have alcohol, it was funny. And you can also have a full meal and buy bread at home, I took a baguette and a chabata - it's delicious.
Amazing pasta with chicken and mushrooms, dessert and coffee! Everything is delicious, attentive staff, the order was brought quickly. There was a slight wind, the waiter girl carefully offered a blanket. It's like home, it's just good. Thank you.
Well, you can't just not try the masterpieces that Madiyar Shalabayev, the Bakerist chef, makes, he was with you In Astana and Atyrau during your working hours, there is something for competitors to learn, well done👍
It is not justifiably expensive! The interior of the establishment is yes, 5 stars. Even 3-star service is a lot, we waited 20 minutes for the waiter to deign to come up to us (he did not even walk, but crawled), then waited 20 minutes for coffee and ice cream to be served (for such a price, Wow did not happen)!
The prices would not seem high if it were not for cheap furniture, cheap dishes, appliances and a meager menu. The waiter didn't understand the dishes. We ordered a sinabon, but they brought a bun, which is very far from the sinabon, and at the same time the waiter continued to convince me that it was a sinabon. That is, the waiter plays the role of a simple peddler, not understanding the goods he sells and does not know the service he provides. In general, nonsense with high prices. Three stars just for the huge croissant in the window.
The best service. And delicious coffee and the best croissants. When you want a little bit of Europe. Come here. And you will have great pleasure and you will never drink coffee anywhere else except here.
This place is forever in my heart. The team, the food, the interior make this place special. This is the best coffee in Astana for the last 5 years for me. I advise everyone to visit this place. And what kind of fragrance is there mmm.. 🤍
It was cold, and the staff was given a blanket. The food was delicious, but the cold made it difficult to enjoy the meal. I just wanted to eat and leave.
The usual place with hyped reviews. The food is mediocre, the price tag is too high. With the same price, there are other nicer places and with better cuisine
