Bottom line, the place is purely from a series of cheap show-offs, the cuisine is good, but I don't recommend desserts and especially coffee

We had breakfast today, then decided to take bread and desserts home to take away. I went to the checkout and placed an order, at first they said that the cheesecake had been redeemed, then removing it quickly from the showcase, the cashier touched all the pies that were lying on the showcase with her T-shirt, pretending not to hear, they collected the order for a very long time and eventually it turned out that the whole cake was counted instead of a piece (double-check the receipts). While we were sorting it out, Waiting at the checkout for a long time to collect the order, I explained everything to the administrator, to which I simply received the answer "there are a lot of people, I'll talk to the staff." They also made a remark to me that I was shouting (but I just spoke louder because I couldn't hear well because of the hum.
In general, the attitude is not like a client, but as if you came to ask them for something. A slow-moving staff, an uninvolved administrator who, at best, will quickly escort you, at worst, with his words or look, will make you not just a dissatisfied customer, but a hysterical one.
The establishment won't be open for so long. Well, it's a minus for me, at least one institution.
I'll call this day how to ruin a day for 30 thousand. If they still knew how to handle objections and your admin was interested in resolving the conflict properly, everything could be completely different. But this behavior that I'm shouting and such phrases as "you can keep it down, let's step back," and shifting some kind of blame onto the client doesn't make you look good at all.
In front of me, at that moment, the woman was taking bread and refused to order because of the long wait. And they just told her OK, they'll make a refund now. This is an attitude from the "don't like it go ahead" series. Fortunately, there are many good places in the city, uh, before you go, you should have read the reviews to understand that the service here is at a low level and not spoil your breakfast.

Astana greeted my arrival with snow and a cozy breakfast in this wonderful institution. Everything is perfect in this place: the hostel, the interior, the service, and, of course, the kitchen itself. The guys roast the coffee themselves.

The prices would not seem high if it were not for cheap furniture, cheap dishes, appliances and a meager menu. The waiter didn't understand the dishes. We ordered a sinabon, but they brought a bun, which is very far from the sinabon, and at the same time the waiter continued to convince me that it was a sinabon. That is, the waiter plays the role of a simple peddler, not understanding the goods he sells and does not know the service he provides. In general, nonsense with high prices.
