Great place. Medium atmosphere. The waiting staff is very slow and rarely check up. Once in a while one has to hunt em down to get attention.

A cozy place! A great snack, especially in winter weather! We love to look here for NG. We stopped by for a cup of tea today. Nursultan (I'm sorry if I called him wrong, I hope the right name) served well!

It is worth going to Bakerist to eat, especially if you are thinking about what else you would like to taste while in Atyrau. But you have to be prepared for the boss's surprises. Wherever I've been, I tried fried avocado for the first time at Bakerist. Unusual. In my opinion, the chef should not add a lemon.
Brisket in corn porridge with hot pepper is a bomb. A combination of salty meat, sweet corn and spicy at the same time. This is great!
I'm not talking about the pastry shop - what I like about Kazakhstan is the abundance of great pastry shops.

We have been confirmed. Let there be this table. Came. Not only did we come right on time, but the table was with chairs. And in the wrong part of the room. So also our table, which I asked for initially, was occupied by some people, although I could have offered them a place with hard chairs.Well, apparently those visitors were more valuable.When asked to sort it out, we were asked to wait until the table was free. I'm not sorry. Nothing. As a result, we waited 20 minutes for our table. In principle, we needed a table with a sofa, because we came with a little daughter and an elderly mother.So much for the service. That's the booking. It's just awful. If the same service is available in Dubai, then your cafe will not last long. Which would be fair. Three stars one for the location, cuisine, and service. Minus two for the terrible attitude when booking and not making any apologies.
