But! The coffee shop itself is something inadequate.
Why does a coffee shop have a waiter's ordering system in principle, if this waiter can't cope with the word at all? It is forbidden to order by yourself and sit down at the table with products, only for takeaway. I.e., as a customer, I am driven into a stalemate from the start, where I will wait. Waiting is half the trouble, the waiters are not trained in the culture of behavior. If there is a place on the long countertop where the couple is sitting, the waiter climbs specifically between tightly seated people. After my remark "no need to stick between us, put it on the side, thank you", the girl put the plates with cakes on the table with such force that the sprinkles from the cake just ended up on the table next to me. The moment when the very presence of a waiter interfered absolutely at all stages of our stay in the coffee shop.
To finish it off, when a little later we returned to buy a cake with ourselves, standing in line at the window, a cleaner drove into me with a floor cleaner yelling "Careful!". What she wanted at the same time from a person standing in line and not having eyes on his back, and a place to maneuver in front of him is a mystery.
In general, there are 5 stars for the products, and 1 star for the staff in a purely human way, because you need to learn how to work with people, guys.

Достояная кофейня в Могилёве! Огромный выбор кондитерских изделий. Реально вкусно! Кофе готовят приличный.Всегда много посетителей. Следят за чистотой в зале.80% посетителей, это молодёжь и мамочки с детьми Обслуживание заказа ,очень быстро. Персонал обучен и приветлив. Почему они не хотят открыть ещё одну точку у наш на Шмидта? Около универа,посетителей было-бы в разы больше! С удовольствием вошёл бы к ним в долю бизнеса. Такие проекты- нужно продвигать и поощрять! Советую обязательно посетить это место,в Могилёве. We called the waiter to clarify what was wrong with him, to which she replied that there were 3 servings of espresso in one, only one in the other. And how did it happen and why does it smell like that and has a sediment on top - the grinding may have gone wrong. It is not clear how such a smell can simply be from the wrong grinding and why the bones from the orange were floating there too. They offered to replace it, but after that I didn't really want to repeat it and the difference between them can be seen in the photo.In the end, when they asked for the bill, the girl mannerly replied to a colleague with a haughty expression, "should I calculate these here?", which was of course very unpleasant, because no one went to any conflict. Desserts are good as always, the service is not very good as always.

Вкусные напитки и разные пирожки с сытными начинками. Благодаря качеству и каким-то невероятным ценам (качественный вкусный круассан, к примеру, 1,31 byn) всегда очередь, но ребята работают супер быстро и слаженно, очередь движется быстро.
Очень хочется, чтобы сеть развивалась и появлялись ещё кафе Bakenhouse. И не только в Могилёве 😉
