The bank is located in a large building, it is not difficult to find, since the bank building is clearly visible from afar. There is an ATM in the building and next to the bank. The staff is friendly. Fast service is all about the case.

The super cool staff of the bank, the girls helped to open local cards. And they even arrived one evening faster than the average (they were issued on Friday evening, not Monday when ordering on Thursday morning). Thanks a lot to them for that. The bank is undergoing repairs, and one of the workers was not very polite, he made very incorrect jokes when I left the branch. It was good that the others did not support him, and he was the only one laughing at them. He shouldn't be so ashamed, I talked to more than a hundred people in Kyrgyzstan during the trip, and only three turned out to be unworthy.

It is possible to open a visa card to a Russian citizen, the card is linked to a Russian SIM card, does not require binding to the place of residence. The staff are efficient and polite.
