Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel is a wonderful hotel. The staff is very friendly and polite, the food is varied and tasty, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, but first things first.
We arrived and checked into the hotel on June 11th. It was very hot outside, but luckily we didn't have to wait for the transfer. We arrived very quickly despite the fact that our hotel was second to last on the list. Upon check-in, we were offered to look at a room with and without a balcony, although other hotels did not offer us this. The room itself (we chose without a balcony) was very spacious. A large bath and shower, a soft bed and a cozy sofa, and of course a huge wardrobe left a pleasant impression. Well, then everything went like clockwork. We ate delicious and varied food, in the evenings, when the heat subsided, we walked nearby at Ajman Marina, and swam in the cool pool during the day. The rooms were cleaned daily and of high quality, but surprisingly for a very long time. The staff also pleased us with their friendliness and willingness to help. I would like to express special gratitude to Nobel, Farhan, Soju and Ahmed.
Overall, the vacation went as well as possible, and the hotel and its employees showed themselves at the highest level.

Good and delicious breakfasts and dinners , very comfortable and clean access to the beach .But there is definately worse to consider better furniture and attention to details (like availability of some devices in rooms -I missed the hair dryer in my room , the shower cabin door was broken .

A good hotel, polite and friendly staff, room cleaning every day, change of towels and bed linen daily, the food is varied and delicious.
There is a construction site next to the hotel, this is a huge minus, it was noisy 24/7 and day at night, it was very dusty (unfortunately our Windows overlooked the construction site)
The sea was very hot in August, it is located right on the territory of the hotel, you feel like you are locked up, there is a pool for both children and adults, there is absolutely nowhere to go, there is 40 minutes to go to Dubai, there is a free shuttle service, you need to book in advance, we took a taxi, it cost about 3 thousand one way there are about 4 thousand in the opposite direction, there are pharmacies, grocery stores, cafes, it is not crowded, there is absolutely no traffic. The sea is very upset, firstly there were constant tides, there was absolutely no place to swim, and it was hotter. If you are flying to relax for the sake of the sea, then it is definitely not in the summer (by temperature)
To visit a new country is definitely cool, but we are lovers of the sea, so next time it will definitely not be the UAE ..)))

This hotel is like a house, you want to come back to it again and again, clean, beautiful, peaceful place.
Varied food, friendly staff, private beach. There are heated pools. Cleaning is daily. A trip to the Emirate of Dubai for entertainment takes about 50 minutes.

The hotel is very decent.We checked in earlier , as soon as a free room appeared.The staff is attentive, helpful, and very friendly.The room is spacious and cozy, there is a tea corner, everything is replenished.Cleaning was carried out daily.We were lucky with the weather, there were practically no waves.Free sun beds can always be found.There is no queue in the restaurant, there are always free tables.There is not a very wide range of dishes for five stars, sometimes it was difficult for a child to find something from food.

We stayed at this hotel from 08.06 to 06/17/2024.
The hotel is very beautiful, clean, with a breathtaking aroma in the corridors.
The staff is very polite and there are also Russian speakers.
The room was great, large with access to the terrace.
We liked breakfast, lunch and dinner, everything is good and delicious.
The weather was hot +42 degrees, but the wind was blowing from the sea and the heat was not so felt.
The water in the sea was +33, in the pools +28.

Hello everyone! We recently vacationed at this hotel, we chose it based on reviews))). A nice family hotel, I called it a Sanatorium. Quiet, calm, good food. No animation, just relaxation. The hotel has a good gym, sauna, Jacuzzi. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed. The staff is pleasant, everyone is friendly and smiling. At the reception, all issues were resolved within 5 minutes. Many of the vacationers were dissatisfied with the food, I would like to look at such people and their home diet. The hotel has good rooms, the air conditioning works great, as it is around 50 degrees outside. In the sea, the water is very warm, almost hot in places. There is a pool with cool water. There is a big minus for me personally, there is no toilet on the street for the entire beach and pool. There is a hotel nearby, but few people go there. And the majority of vacationers go... It's right in the sea and the pool.. Otherwise, everything is decent and with good service. Thanks to the staff of the hotel for a relaxing stay!!!. And most importantly, the hotel is mainly on all-inclusive meals without alcohol!!! Good health and goodness to all!

The food is varied. Spicy, but delicious. Even if you don't eat spicy food, you won't stay hungry. And desserts are just a fairy tale. Mostly mousse cakes, red velvet, brownies with nuts, pistachio cake. There are lifeguards by the pool and by the sea. They closely monitor the order, make comments when necessary.
Many people write about the construction site here. But I can't hear her. Just by the pool a little bit, but you're distracted, so you don't notice.

The hotel is alcohol-free, but there is a good liquor store nearby. This is the hotel that I would definitely return to, a solid five. The only thing that spoiled the opinion is that the transfer bus to the Dubai Mall takes us only to a nearby hotel, and there we are transferred to a much worse bus. The cleaning is good!
The territory of the hotel is small, but there was enough space for everyone - both in the sun and under umbrellas and in the shade that forms from the hotel building. Two swimming pools-a large heated one and a Jacuzzi, for children.
The hotel has an excellent gym and sauna with Jacuzzi, spa services.
I want to pay special attention to the staff - everyone is always smiling and responsive, There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception - this is important!!!!

Not everything was fine with nutrition, they say the chef changed - there was a lot of spicy and salty food. I visited Ajman for work, stayed at the Bahi hotel. The hotel positions itself as a 5*, I would say a good 4.5*)) I was given a deluxe room on the 3rd floor, the room is spacious, there is a kitchen with an island made of stone, a living room with a dining table, two bathrooms, a bedroom, a balcony overlooking the sea with rattan furniture, can accommodate 4 people) I had everything included - a buffet, a pool bar - everything is delicious, lots of fruits, vegetables, seafood are few, there is absolutely no alcohol in all of Ajman)) Pool overlooking the bay, private beach, water + 33)) like in the bathroom ) This hotel is well suited for families with children, there are animators) I recommend it!
