I went through this checkpoint for the first time (although I repeatedly passed through Shramko, Uspenka and Marinovka), we stood in line for 40 minutes, then when checking the passport, the employee did not like something about it, they took the passport for verification. As a result, I had to wait an hour while they checked my data (I was born, grew up in the Donetsk region, and never left here). I felt like a criminal!!!
I crossed the border for the first time from this point, such as checking a Russian passport for the first time, the checkpoint staff, instead of explaining, refer to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, saying that these are the features of their point. Sooooo interesting
Put things in order at the checkpoint! It's just not possible!People wait for hours for their passport to be checked.Put more workers on the check or something, it's a mockery. No one wants to work.Everything is very slow.
We left for the first time from Novoazovsk. Verification of documents takes more than 3 hours. There are a lot of people. Everyone is standing up. Moms with babies and older children, stand like everyone else. Passports are taken out 5-10 pieces a day for 40 minutes. I've been waiting for 3 hours. Other people wait 5 hours. It's just a mockery.
It was fast enough, I spent a maximum of half an hour on the passage. (inspection of the car, registration of documents). Employees do everything quickly enough. In general, if it were necessary , and I stood for 6 hours, safety is above all, you never know who is coming to our country.
My friend was held for 6 hours!!! While the Ukrainian passport is being returned to her, this is just a mockery of people, the girl came for the first time in a year to pick up personal belongings, with suitcases. The minibus did not wait for her, her nerves were pretty frayed, they did not respond to requests in any way, the person had to go far, one defenseless girl. They were given away, after a few hours, no one naturally compensated for the nerves and time spent.
Very bad. The customs department does not think about the fact that at least temporarily it is necessary to increase staff and throughput. The country has expanded, and some of the population has added worries. Building materials and agriculture, and all outgrowths should develop. And customs doesn't itch. Most of the cargo to Crimea goes through Novoazovskaya customs. Although it works better than others, it is very unpleasant to stand for two days.
From the DPR side, it is very bad. Mud. More than half of the stream is passed on the left for the headstock. We stood for 3.5 hours for no clear reason. No one really checked anything... They just compost for the sake of a salary...
A disgusting item and the same job. Multi-kilometer and many-hour traffic jams! Cars are being inspected by 2 people! There are also 2 people sitting at passport control! The entire flow of cars and trucks to get to the inspection point 3 times! they come together in one stream!
We stood in traffic for a day before reaching Novoazovsk on 24-25.12.22, advanced 1.5 km, no one explains anything. Drivers (we have a heavy truck) no food, no water, no sleep. The Ministry of Emergency Situations sends to the police to solve the problem, those to the border guards, they do not want to listen, there are no ends to be found. No one needs people, we turned around and went to another checkpoint to try our luck
The worst place I've ever seen.everyone absolutely does not care about humanity and queues .I've been standing in line for 7 hours and it's not known how much they cost .everyone is climbing up the left oncoming lane .management and employees do not react to this.
On the night of 16.08 to 17.08, they tried to cross the border of the DPR (Freight transport). It's just a nightmare! The cars did not move for 2 hours. People with children had to stand for no reason! The reason became clear when the queue finally started moving at 4 a.m.! Having opened the window of the document acceptance point for cargo transport (humanitarian cargo), we felt the obvious smell of alcohol from the employees of this checkpoint! Obviously, they were standing for 2 hours for a reason, the employees were busy with their personal affairs! And this is not an easy time for our country!!! Shame on you!!!
At the moment, 11.10.22 we are standing in a traffic jam stretched for at least 3 km from 2 p.m., now it's 19-00, there are no advancements. They called 112, they almost sent it. The customs has a very strange attitude to the current situation. Freight traffic is closed across the Crimean Bridge, only by ferry, but there are more than 600 traffic jams, but even here it is no better.
8.5 hours for departure from the DPR to the Russian Federation. There is no organization, the queue for departure from the DPR intersects / overlaps the queue for departure (in the neutral zone), everything gets stuck, everyone for everything ... "Who needs to" is launched to the front of the queue, the rest continue to cook in the queue. Formally, there is movement through customs, in fact there is a queue.
Class - they made a good road from Donetsk and after the border the road is good , they passed with a 2-month-old child , since the queue was not big , they passed like all adults - but the inspectors both in the DPR and in Russia themselves took the initiative to help quickly so as not to torment the child and mother - thank you for this separately , they explain everything on Rush and help to fill out the declaration)))
The transition is for your own. On the part of Russia, everything is strictly in turn, on the part of the DPR, there is a huge traffic jam, as they constantly bring "their own" and put them at the beginning of the queue. So-so attitude towards compatriots. We didn't get to the checkpoint in five hours.
On September 9, 22nd, at 21 o'clock I got into a traffic jam at the border, now on September 10 at 11:45 I am still standing, and I will stand for about 6 more hours.
I've been driving 400 meters for more than half a day. Delay on the part of the Russian Federation
please solve the problem at the checkpoint, there is no place for pedestrians to go, KAMAZ can crush traffic jams, we stand in line for a day! Please do something!
Of the three crossing points, I think this one is the most optimal. Not being the main one (like Uspenka), you can cross the border through it a little faster.
The queue seems to be small, but buses and minibuses are allowed to pass out of turn. Because of this, I had to stand under the scorching sun for a long time. In addition, there are enough cars passing without waiting in line. Apparently "beneficiaries" ...;))) The opposite is the same... And all you need to do is expand the staff by two people. Then you won't have to stuff three streams into one bottleneck in both directions.
The queues are huge, the capacity is at zero, it's scary to go to the toilet. Going on vacation with your family or visiting relatives is a big problem! Alas, the authorities put things in order!
Clearly, quickly. The pits were filled up (more or less). Thugs without a queue are annoying, but they are allowed everywhere. They're thugs. Otherwise, it is a normal PP.
Novoazovsk is a Ukrainian territory only nominally. And, in fact, "U" has nothing to do with the state anymore. A small town near the Sea of Azov is so far the only city of the Donetsk People's Republic on the shore of the Taganrog Bay. A quiet, practical, one-story, provincial town, without any special attractions or claims to any kind of development. The complete absence of industry. The district center, with an agricultural bias. He is going through his worst years. Everything that was built and developed under Soviet rule (fishing and animal husbandry), all during the years of the management of Vilna and Nezalezhnaya, was destroyed, leased for a long time or closed.
Now all the aspirations and hopes of people are directed towards Russia.
Everything is fine, they pass it quickly, they check everything, but it's just a problem with declarations: they have already been queuing for three hours on the Russian side twice.
A nice, quiet and peaceful town. The very place to relax, where almost everything is there. Everything is within walking distance. Clean air, there is a beach, but not a good one. Sedovo is nearby.
Personally, I have no complaints. But you need to understand that the proximity of the combat area leaves an imprint on the style of work of border guards and customs officers. No one finds fault with the little things. As a rule, all procedures are carried out quickly and culturally. Queues are rare. Almost never.

Some disadvantages, queues do not decrease, there are huge pits on the roads!
The work of the point leaves much to be desired! Everything freezes, there is a queue of 1000 cars, 1 window is working ..... the plan is 0 people per hour !
