I went through this checkpoint for the first time (although I repeatedly passed through Shramko, Uspenka and Marinovka), we stood in line for 40 minutes, then when checking the passport, the employee did not like something about it, they took the passport for verification. As a result, I had to wait an hour while they checked my data (I was born, grew up in the Donetsk region, and never left here). I felt like a criminal!!!

We left for the first time from Novoazovsk. Verification of documents takes more than 3 hours. There are a lot of people. Everyone is standing up. Moms with babies and older children, stand like everyone else. Passports are taken out 5-10 pieces a day for 40 minutes. I've been waiting for 3 hours. Other people wait 5 hours. It's just a mockery.

My friend was held for 6 hours!!! While the Ukrainian passport is being returned to her, this is just a mockery of people, the girl came for the first time in a year to pick up personal belongings, with suitcases. The minibus did not wait for her, her nerves were pretty frayed, they did not respond to requests in any way, the person had to go far, one defenseless girl. They were given away, after a few hours, no one naturally compensated for the nerves and time spent.

Very bad. The customs department does not think about the fact that at least temporarily it is necessary to increase staff and throughput. The country has expanded, and some of the population has added worries. Building materials and agriculture, and all outgrowths should develop. And customs doesn't itch. Most of the cargo to Crimea goes through Novoazovskaya customs. Although it works better than others, it is very unpleasant to stand for two days.

On the night of 16.08 to 17.08, they tried to cross the border of the DPR (Freight transport). It's just a nightmare! The cars did not move for 2 hours. People with children had to stand for no reason! The reason became clear when the queue finally started moving at 4 a.m.! Having opened the window of the document acceptance point for cargo transport (humanitarian cargo), we felt the obvious smell of alcohol from the employees of this checkpoint! Obviously, they were standing for 2 hours for a reason, the employees were busy with their personal affairs! And this is not an easy time for our country!!! Shame on you!!!

The customs has a very strange attitude to the current situation. Freight traffic is closed across the Crimean Bridge, only by ferry, but there are more than 600 traffic jams, but even here it is no better.
