A great place to try the national cuisine.
We took pilaf, lagman, samsa, baursaki, Tashkent tea, everything is very tasty!
Stylish minimalistic interior, beautiful dishes!
I recommend you to visit 👍
Unfortunately, the impressions of this place left much to be desired.
As a person who is not familiar with the local cuisine, I counted on the help of the waiters when choosing dishes, but unfortunately it did not follow. Instead of consulting, I was offered to place an order through the application, where difficulties arose – I had to enter the table number, but nowhere was it explained how to find it. As a result, I had to approach the waitresses myself.
The inconvenience did not end there. There were no napkins on the table, which were brought only at my request. And then, when a meat dish with a quite decent portion was brought, there was no knife – obviously an object necessary for such a dish.
As for the service, it seemed that the waiters avoided communication, as if they were afraid to approach.
As a result, the neglect of the basic details of the service left a negative impression about the visit.
In the photo, the kettle is on my table, it seems that something fell off from above :)
Huge portions of delicious national dishes, courteous staff, short waiting time - everything is fine. If I'm still in Almaty, I'll definitely come back here.
There are many national dishes, the portions are not small, the prices are average, the service is excellent. Delicious, high-quality and fast. I recommend.
A pleasant place with friendly staff. The menu is mostly from traditional cuisine, but caesar is also available. The portions are large. The Baursaks are great!
Perhaps the most delicious besh in the city is still here. Good interior and reasonable prices. One disadvantage is that they do not give more water from under the filter, but sell bottles of 0.5 liters.
The service is weak, the waiters are slow, the food is always brought cold. and taste buds are great in food. Always fresh, sometimes dried meat is brought to the pilaf, it can be heated, so it dries up or secondary. We don't know what's going on in their kitchen, they probably don't throw it away. I'll definitely make a video next time. Sleeping waiters. Neither shout at them nor when they come and clean up the dirty dishes..
