The next day, we ordered a rib eye steak for pickup. In the photo on the menu, the steak looked and cost quite decent.What was wrapped in foil under the guise of a steak turned out to be a tough, smelly entrecote, we tried to chew, but it was impossible and tasteless. I had to throw everything away. We didn't go and poke the cook's nose into it only because it was quite late and we were tired, and taking a taxi again was an extra expense. The administrator in the chat explained that they have such a light roast steak, so it doesn't chew. In the photo you can evaluate both the type and the quality of roasting. It's not known who works as their cook if they can't tell a steak from an entrecote. I hope he at least has a book. We were promised a good discount next time. But we're not going there anymore!

Unfortunately, the impressions of this place left much to be desired.
As a person who is not familiar with the local cuisine, I counted on the help of the waiters when choosing dishes, but unfortunately it did not follow. Instead of consulting, I was offered to place an order through the application, where difficulties arose – I had to enter the table number, but nowhere was it explained how to find it. As a result, I had to approach the waitresses myself.
The inconvenience did not end there. There were no napkins on the table, which were brought only at my request. And then, when a meat dish with a quite decent portion was brought, there was no knife – obviously an object necessary for such a dish.
As for the service, it seemed that the waiters avoided communication, as if they were afraid to approach.
As a result, the neglect of the basic details of the service left a negative impression about the visit.
