It was the first time I was in Alesya's studio, everything was fine and wonderful after her hands. She advised alternating procedures and coming for a cold recovery next time. After almost 4 months, I couldn't get to her and signed up for top master Ole. When I came to the procedure, I announced that I had no problems at the moment, I came on the recommendation to continue restoring my hair. Olga suggested doing a hot procedure again, so that the hair is in a normal state. To which I said, if it's better and she thinks it's right, then I don't mind. At that time, Alesya was in the studio, Olga consulted with her and it was decided to do a hot procedure. When I came home, I was disappointed with the quality of my hair, they were not the same as after the first procedure. I decided not to figure it out, but to see how long the effect would last this time. During this month, my hair was constantly breaking off. Today it's just a cry of the soul, I was left with almost no hair, they're all practically broken off from the middle. I still cannot solve the mystery of why the master did not want to do a cold procedure if she had to restore her hair (judging from the sources of the network and the information of the studio itself). I do not know the techniques, but there is only one explanation in my head, apparently it is more complicated. In a studio of this level and with such a price category, it is very disappointing to get the opposite result at the output. I think that it is unacceptable for a top master to make such mistakes
Yes, and another little thing, but it's unpleasant. The master took 20p more for the procedure than indicated in the price list

The girlfriends presented a certificate to the Bagles studio, honestly, I was afraid to go like this, I had not done the procedure before, but still decided. I am very glad that I went and did not regret a bit😍 I've never seen my hair like this, it's so smooth and dense, at first I couldn't tear myself away from the mirror. Burned the hair to the condition of a washcloth.
As an option to correct the situation, the owner gave 50g of some kind of mask. Although everyone understands, only scissors will save such trash! The "craftswoman" pretended that everything was OK.
I'll add it. Yes, I left rather in an inadequate state, because I was late for evening studies and was glad to get away from you as soon as possible, not understanding the whole nightmare that I would see in the mirror in a calm house. Even then I wanted to write, but I realized that nothing could be done anymore. And I don't see any point in fighting (seeing your response to my late review) because of the 80-90p.
And yes, during this time (from 09.2021) I did a lot in my hair to bring it back to normal - every month after keratin there was a trip to the salon for joyko, endless trimming of the ends, high-quality home care. I am glad that you have been storing camera recordings for 2 years, now it is clear for sure that I am not an evil competitor, but an ordinary person.
Yandex.maps periodically throws up places where I've been, and if I have something to say, share my experience - why not?
Now I just want to say thank you, really, sincerely, because this story has taught me to take a deeper approach to choosing specialists (in all spheres of life), not to blindly believe everything and find out the nuances myself :)
