I chose a company based on reviews, Nikolai came to the measurement, who helped me choose, picked up the profile and glass himself and advised closers that would add convenience and ease of closing + said that he would come to the installation himself, do everything right, and they have a 5-year warranty.
Communication on production is well conducted, there are no questions about the quality of the partition. But 2 young guys came to the installation. Sergei and a student, apparently, who was on the pick-up. They did not have any information about the details of the installation at all. They called me at work all day, because my mother was at home and found out which side to install and which side the opening and closers were not even brought. The next day, they brought such that the door, like in an old compartment, barely moved and creaked, there is no question of chicness and ease of opening. As a result, they were removed and a plastic brake painted with a marker was put on, which we demolished without straining when opening, and the doors that should be fixed and not move, slid off the rail and dangle.
Nikolai was asked to come to fix the shortcomings, he said that he would come and everything would be as it should be, but then he stopped responding and did not come.
I will add that the guys do not understand at all what high service is, respect for the house, the property of the client who has houses. They stood with their feet on the sofa and the child's unmade bed. They smeared the white laminate with silicone, covered the bolt with dirty fingers, and the plaster all collapsed from above. When I said this, they say that they did not get up, did not dirty, and so it was. It's funny, they don't behave like mature adults, but frightened children. After their work, repairs are required, although I said that we only made repairs, they replied that they would not spoil anything.
As a result, when the work was still unfinished, but I was asked to pay for the order because the accounting department had to be closed, after that they started talking in a different way.
You can forget about the 5-year warranty, because you just can't wait for them.
Good reviews, these are paid registered people, do not believe them. I do not recommend ordering from them. There are many good companies that respect the client and do their work efficiently to the end.
