I entered the barbershop without an appointment and was pleasantly surprised when I was served upon arrival. The male receptionist was very friendly and attentive. Master Ekaterina was a real professional, listened carefully to my wishes and did everything possible to please me. The haircut was done very carefully and neatly, every step was thought out, and the master constantly clarified whether the length and shape of the haircut suited me. The result exceeded my expectations - the haircut turned out exactly the way I wanted it! The barbershop staff were very polite and welcoming, and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. We worked slowly, but this only added to the quality of the service - every step was thought out and carefully executed. I enjoyed every minute of my time at the barbershop.

Several times, I came with a child. A combo. (Dad's son) The master always cut hair without question and very carefully. But the last time, it's something! The administrator is a grandfather, a record on the phone needs to be begged and persuaded, he is always silent on the phone. When hairdressers or newfangled barbers (a bunch of new employees) came for a haircut, they twisted such faces, and said that no one would cut it. (The child always sits silently in the chair and does not move unless asked to). As a result, they barely got a haircut, while cutting the child's ears and scratching the back of his head. Several clients cut hair with one machine at the same time, they just pass it from hand to hand among themselves. Remove such unqualified employees before anyone is injured!
