Good day bro!, I went to you guys for 2 years and recommended you to my friends, Master Violeta and two other guys (I don't remember the names) were super and knew their job. This is the second time I've come here, and the young barbers are getting their hair cut like in a regular barbershop.I understand 1 time we are all human beings and have the right to make mistakes, but 2 times it is too much, not my right to say so, but I will say with such a decline in service, you will soon return to an ordinary barbershop. I come from the EU to get a haircut with you, for 2 years I was dissatisfied with the quality and service, and now ... I'm just not satisfied. Explaining 3 times how to get a haircut and not get the quality that it was is frustrating. (((
P.S. I hope the quality will increase, but alas, I will have to look for a new place soon.... I am ready to pay 60 byn, but only for the quality of the barber, not for the services of a hairdresser.
