I regularly visit the barbershop "Tsar" and every time I am satisfied with the result. I especially want to mention the professional qualities of Eva's barber. Her skill and attention to detail are always at the highest level. The staff is very responsive. I would like to separately note the comfort and atmosphere of the barbeshop as the best in Donetsk.
