A magnificent hotel.The rooms are large and clean.They are quiet because of the convenient location in the courtyard, away from the street and cafes.The breakfasts are great from 6.30 to 10.30.Everything is delicious and varied.Pools in the courtyard .There are two of them .There is a bar.7/11 row.There is always a snack in it.The people do not leave him.You can order coffee there and warm up food for mere pennies.Cafes for different budgets and levels are within walking distance, as well as pharmacies and ruins.If you do not have enough shopping, buses and tuk-tuks will reach Patong.The prices of fruits in the markets are about the same as for things.Branded only in the shopping center.All the hotels in Patong were on the stop, but Karon did not disappoint.

I have been staying at this hotel for almost 2 weeks.
I want to mention the magnificent location. The hotel is located in the center of Karon beach, so all important points are within walking distance: a street with cafes (1 min walk on the left), a night market on the temple grounds (15 min walk, on the right), and, of course, an incredible beach (1 min walk, opposite). By the way, we walked to Kata on foot - 35 minutes.
When leaving the hotel, there is a currency exchange point on the left, you can change rubles, including both cash and transfer to a Russian card (the instructions are simple and understandable), the WiFi exchanger distributes for free.
The hotel itself is a little tired, but this does not spoil the impression at all. Excellent mattress, pillows, excellent room cleaning.
I would like to mention the excellent breakfasts, there is everything for every taste.
I recommend the hotel, there will be an opportunity, I will definitely return 😃

A good hotel in terms of price = quality. The rooms are large and cozy, the furniture does not require repair, the only thing that could be updated in individual rooms is plumbing. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, although not large. The kitchen is generally standard and can be said to be monotonous, but you can always eat scrambled eggs, sausages (chicken) and make yourself toast with ham. Everything else is for the lover of Asian cuisine. The sea is just around the corner. Karon beach is excellent, but it depends on the current and weather conditions, bathing areas and their number depend on them. For a family holiday, next time I would choose a hotel on Kata beach, it is more calm and no less beautiful.
The location of the hotel is very good, absolutely everything is available, even the temple, which you can choose to view as a small excursion. There is no need to talk about the number of shops, street restaurants and cafes, there are plenty of them, as well as exchangers.

The hotel is 3 stars, but not bad enough.
I'll start with the room, we got a standard room on the 2nd floor. A large room with a balcony, a large bathroom and a bathtub where to lie down. Cleaning is not particularly so there was no desire to lie down. The view is not on the sea, but we liked it) It was very cloudy for December, but not so hot.
They give you shower caps and toothbrushes. More liquid soap, shampoo and shower gel in shared bottles. In addition, there is a large umbrella, slates and bathrobes) 2 waters and a tea and coffee set are reported every day. There is even dry cream in the shower, the temperature is normal and the water pressure is high. It was worse in Orchid.
The saddest thing is the terrible uncomfortable mattress and disgusting pillows. The big ones seemed to be stuffed with balls of pressed cotton. The air conditioner does not blow directly on the bed, but we have suffered with it, it is either stuffy or cold. Getting enough sleep is not real. In addition, right in the middle of the room on the ceiling, a fire alarm flashes continuously for the entire room. There is still a bunch of small lights burning all over the room, I had to partially seal it with tapes that I took with me. Otherwise, it is unbearable to sleep.
Last night, the ceiling leaked in the bathroom, I don't know what happened, but I had to get up several times and put a towel on, otherwise it interfered with sleep.
The territory is small, we did not sit by the pool, it looks normal. The sun beds are constantly occupied. There are a lot of Russians, in general there are a lot of them in Phuket. Like in Anapa. So the hotel has a gym, it's cold and there's no one there.
Breakfast. Besides the fact that he is from 6.30 to 10.30, there is quite a lot of food. Scrambled eggs are prepared for you on request. Well, according to the mood of the cook. But there are a lot of people and a big stink a couple of meters away. But breakfast with a view of the sea is delicious) true, birds or insects can devour your breakfast, you still have to fight if you sat down by the road 😁
The hotel does not have umbrellas on the beach, but on the beach 100 baht is all the fun for the whole day. We took smoothies on the beach — we didn't get poisoned.
A couple of streets down there is a large alley with restaurants. One pasha, it's not bad there, but the prices are Moscow. I am currently on vacation in Karonburi. Great hotel! A full breakfast (true, the same every day, but it doesn't matter). A swimming pool with a small compartment for kids. The staff is friendly, the rooms are large. At the 2nd building, the rooms on the first floor go directly to the pool (the second pool is on site). I recommend having lunch and dinner right at the hotel - at prices the same or even cheaper than in restaurants on the street. You can also go there, but you're too lazy to walk in the heat, study the menu, you'll get all sweaty. The food is delicious here, the portions are large, they are brought directly to the room where you can sit under the ice cream. The kondey is made correctly - it does not blow on the bed like in Turkey. The ocean is across the street. The room has a kettle, a hairdryer, and water is brought every day. There is a currency exchange right next to the hotel, but they are here at every step - you need to go through, see if the exchange rate is more profitable and change it right after the transfer. Check in at 14, but I was checked in at 12. Someone is lucky, and someone sits until lunch. But there is nothing to sit for - change clothes in the toilet on the 1st floor and go to the ocean! You can take a sunbed for money (exchange, remember, right at the entrance to the hotel), or you can sit on a canvas. I don't understand why people hang out on the sofas at the reception before checking in. Your things will be locked in the luggage room, everything is safe. Have a great vacation!

As promised, a small review.
The hotel is great for me, there are 2 more nearby - voraburi and Karon Princes - the impression is that similar. According to our hotel, there are no complaints (breakfast is good, cleaning is of high quality, air conditioning is a beast, the pool is clean), probably more picky (pontorezny) will find many shortcomings, but we are happy - as always we were lucky with the hotel (thank you). The location of the hotel is ideal for us (the ratio: relaxation on the beach / evening life), on KATA - boring in the evening, were to the south - another beach KATA NOI - one relaxation, a la island vacation; PATONG - solid drive, there is no silence at all, not for us, although you can see once for evening life (getting from us is not expensive at all 180 baht taxi / 400 tuk-tuk, 15-20 minutes).
We were on the islands, I liked it, I'll say right away - excursions are cheaper than $ 80 per person, you don't need to take them, the more expensive, the better, more comfortable and more interesting it is.
Food: street food, cafe, supermarket - choose for yourself; the cafe suited us more, and the cost is not more expensive than street food. Yes, street food is only "makashnitsy", where local people buy, it is much tastier there; street food from trays (stationary) is 95% disgusting (deep-fried frosts, it looks fresh in the window, but in fact I omit the fried in advance once again in the fryer and that's it.

We did not regret choosing this hotel. We lived in it from 11/14.23 to 11/26.23. Comfortable rooms, convenient location-the sea is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Nearby cafes, fruit markets, massage parlors. The breakfasts are familiar. But if you arrive at 9 o'clock, there is little choice and the waiters do not have time to report the food. We went early, by about 8-30. The room service is good. Towels were changed daily, bed linen was changed once. The beach towel was also changed without any problems. The room has bathrobes, an umbrella, rubber slates, a kettle, a tea and coffee set.
Drinking water was supplied daily.
I liked everything. I would like to return to this hotel once again.

The rooms are clean, but not to the point of fanaticism- towels were changed every day, pastels every 3 days, swept every day and washed the floors every other day, but formally, the dust was never wiped... And some more small tips: do not take alcohol with you, there is also a high-quality one, they have a fake, you can get a prison sentence, take cigarettes, they are there, but expensive and nasty. Sunscreen, after sunburn, from burns.... -do not take it, everything is there and much cheaper. Shampoos, creams, cosmetics, soap.... - do not take anything from home, everything is sold for every taste and color, only the quality is better and cheaper, and you can also buy everything that you are used to at home, everything is for sale, everything is there. Medicines-you do not need to carry the whole first-aid kit with you, for all occasions, pharmacies are at every step and everything is there, unless you have some unusual disease. Mosquito repellents-no need to take, there are almost no mosquitoes, one or two for the whole evening and if that, you can also buy. Clothes-take more clothes, because humidity-nothing dries, well, the sea, sand, you sweat. There, too, everything can be bought on the market, BUT everything is disposable, checked before the first wash!!! Yes, and take not only open clothes, but also closed ones, at least shoulders, because you will burn off in any case-in any case-it has been checked by everyone!!!!! You don't feel the sun, but since it is very low, you sunbathe / burn even through clouds and clothes and even in the rain!!! How about the concept of rainy season or off-season... I was in the season-February and in October, i.e. I just returned and it was like out of season...., so it rained a couple of times for 2 minutes through the sun, it really rained and the sun shone, the only difference is in the season-50 degrees in the shade, and in the off-season 37-41. The hotel is essentially -2 buildings with rooms + a swimming pool + a restaurant. The room is excellent (5 points)-large, original interior, kettle, refrigerator, safe, shower and bathtub.
The pool (4+ points) with hydro massage and islands is quite large, the only negative is that hair and leaves accumulate along the edges and at the end of our vacation, somewhere, I think, a bird or mouse died and was correspondingly.smell.
Meals (2 points). Restaurant-only breakfast is included. For dinner, the highest prices in the area. Personally, I could hardly eat anything there because of the peculiarities of the local cuisine-fried potatoes in sweet sauce, sausages-just beyond the minimum quality, soup-broth in which shrimp and some greens, and pieces of ginger, overcooked rice. They give fruits, but they cost 50-120r. / kg next to the market.
The water in the room and in the restaurant is drinkable (Drink water), has a bitter taste, I couldn't drink, I bought natural (Mineral water) in the store for 20-22 Baht for 1.5 liters
. The location of the hotel is magnificent -right in front of the entrance to the beach, the sand is amazing, a little dirty. But it was not possible to fully enjoy swimming-at first plankton bit, then jellyfish swam, after the storm some bugs like cockroaches appeared, in general I had to switch to the pool.
Overall, the hotel is good, especially by local standards.
