A great place.
Not cheap. Quite..
But a very comfortable, comfortable philos, for a family. A huge hall with a kitchen - there is a stove and a large refrigerator, all dishes, cleaners come every 3 days.
Your pool is cleaned every day in the morning) and a gazebo, deck chairs.
the location - excludes casual tourists and locals - is located on a hill. There is a shopping street nearby in 5-8 minutes on foot.
In the other direction, you can walk to Nai Harn beach in 15 minutes.
There is a second exit from the villa to the local picturesque pond with a lot of curious fish.

Overall, I liked the villa. It's not the refrigerator in the living room, it's been fixed. The only thing we didn't understand was that we came and poured chemistry into the pool on the penultimate day... and we had a plan to spend the last evening in the pool. This saddened us , and the children did not swim for a day…
