I liked the hotel and the territory, and most importantly near the beach. On this beach, however, we swam only a couple of times, on the day of arrival and departure)) and so we rode a bike to various other beaches, the water is cleaner there, and the scenery is new every time.
The pool is clean, the water is colder than on the beach, just in time to cheer up. In the 9 days that we were there, we cleaned the basik for about 7 in the morning.
The room was rented on the 4th floor, corner with a view of the lake, spacious and comfortable.
Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. We should try to leave more tips, maybe this will fix the situation)) I forced them to change the towels, I just brought them to the reception. They were given clean ones.
The food has a wow effect only in the first days, and then it gets worse quickly, however, as everywhere else.

To put it bluntly, the hotel exceeded all expectations. The room was booked as standard, we read on the website that they had no balconies, but we were lucky, there was a balcony, French windows and even elephants made of towels)). The room is clean, free of rust, mold and cockroaches. There were even bathrobes and slippers. A kettle and everything you need for a tea party. A refrigerator with a mini bar, and the prices for drinks are not much more expensive than in 7/11.We also read in the reviews that there is no elevator, but there is one. A large, beautiful pool, the size of the entire courtyard, surrounded by greenery and elephant figurines with signs that show the depth level. Sun beds are always available. The staff is different, there are very friendly, there are not very many, but all are good, always ready to help (for example, we asked for a lunch box in the morning for an early excursion, they were surprised, probably no one asked before us, but they prepared everything) The breakfasts are good, there is a choice, the coffee is quite decent. We liked the location, in the Southern part of Patong, the first line, the sea across the street, although they swim a little closer to the central part. We walked to Bangla and massage streets, 20 minutes walk. Dinner is closer at Malin Plaza, it takes about ten minutes to walk, we even liked it there more than at banzaan. I definitely recommend the hotel!

The small hotel has a swimming pool, the most important plus is the location of the sea across the street, transportation and shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. Among the disadvantages, the breakfasts are not tasty and there is a poor choice.

A very good inexpensive hotel. The hotel has a great pool, quite large. Delicious breakfast.
All the appliances in the room worked well.
The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. Upon arrival, a homely familiar atmosphere was immediately created. All wishes and requests were immediately taken into account.
There is a currency exchange kiosk next to the hotel with the best exchange rate on the coast.
The beach is 10 meters from the exit of the hotel.
Near the hotel there is a supermarket 7-11, and excellent and inexpensive catering establishments.

I had a rest in March for 20 days! The hotel was tired, the furniture was old, the plumbing was broken, there was almost no hot water, the air hissed through the water pipes all night, and it was difficult to sleep with such sounds. The view from the room to the wall was terribly simple!!!! The breakfasts are monotonous, In general, I do not advise a deuce hotel, no one can rent a decent hotel for that kind of money!

A great hotel. Located on the first line from the edge of Patong beach, in a relatively quiet location. The swimming area is a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are spacious, with a balcony and a view of the pool. The rooms were cleaned every day, and 20 baht was left symbolically. The room rate included breakfast, classic European - scrambled eggs/omelette, toast with butter and ham, sausages, fresh vegetables, fruits, coffee. The hotel has its own massage parlor, Thai massage with aloe was taken, after tanning it perfectly relaxes the skin. The hotel also has a tour agent, with a set of both standard tours and individual author's tours. The pool is large and clean. You could take clean beach towels every day. I liked the hotel in every way, from the meeting at the reception with soft drinks to the room itself. A view of the pool, but we came across a room with a piece of the sea and palm trees. The room is not new, but well maintained and everything worked properly. Please note that the hotel does not have an elevator. We got a room on the last 4th floor and it was not very comfortable to go up, especially when you return from the market with bags. At first they wanted to change to the lower floors, but then they got used to it, and the view from the balcony surpassed all the inconveniences. Just across the street is the very beginning of Patong Beach and it's just great!!! There are not many people, as in central Patong, just that there are no sun beds, but it did not matter to us, the main thing was not to be like in an anthill. Opposite the hotel, along the beach line, there are all kinds of makashnits with drinks, fruits, ice cream and all kinds of food. Within walking distance of 7-11. In general, I liked everything, I will definitely come back here again. I definitely recommend the hotel!!!

Well, the hotel is 3 stars , so you need to start from 3 stars . Again, I don 't understand where such reviews come from .
1) I'll start with what is signed as Helsinki, not Phuket.
2) there is no question of cleanliness here!!!Who said that the rooms are clean!Lies!!!!!! In 10 days, we never changed the bed linen , messed up , pulled on as there were stains from 2 days - the child poked the cream , so we left looking at these stains !!!The cleaning of the floor in the room took place as follows : the aunt came with a broom , waved and left ...Well, if this is cleanliness for you.... then ok. I witnessed how the rooms are cleaned for the arrival of other guests and it's just trash. The aunt came , 15 minutes and everything is ready , Changed the bed linen , twisted a goose out of a towel , waved a broom ...All come, dear guests. And everything would be fine , but I know what and how lives in this room .
The toilet has not been washed once in 10 days! For 5 days, we had dehydration from one family member to another. There's a lot of infection left. It's about cleanliness!
3) Breakfast is a separate kind of art... The food is not tasty and monotonous . Eggs of all kinds, of course, it's great, but this is the first time I've seen them paid. The rice stuck together , did not lag behind the spoon , and in general there are doubts that a new meal was prepared every day . The tea was brewed in the morning and the next morning the tea in this kettle was bitter and thick.... just stood there for a day on the stove, which warms it up.
We had to give up the Breakfasts for which we paid with a ticket and just give this money to the negligent owners of the hotel.
Food that was cooked for money.... This is also a cap. We were poisoned with it with a child .
4) well, in general, what happened . A huge cockroach flopped in the room at night ...
wall to wall with the hotel , a place that always smelled of grass . The slapping machines were constantly buzzing in the morning . Disgusting neighbors came and went . we just rented a hotel for the night or for a day and made a mess there . There is no question of any silence , there is no silence In principle , either morning , afternoon or night !This is not a family hotel . Dirt, noise, food is poison!!!The most disgusting vacation was . Don 't set foot here anymore .

I was lucky, I had a room on the ground floor. A nice room with everything you need, cleaned every day, always leave two 0.5 liters of drinking water. The pool is large and clean, I really enjoyed swimming there at noon during the heat. The breakfasts are monotonous, but delicious, there are always fruits, they can cook several types of scrambled eggs for you separately. The location is gorgeous, the outskirts of the beach with fewer people, but the main party streets are a 15-minute walk away. My vacation was not separate, so I visited the hotel only in the mornings and at night, and for such a vacation this hotel is the best!

First time in Thailand. We were guided by the reviews of the hotel. At first, when we entered the room, we were disappointed. A simple room, old plumbing... But then, when we had already lived in it for a while, we realized that the hotel was excellent) on the first line from the sea, on a busy road, but everything was very cozy. Quiet, beautiful pool, well-located rooms, balconies are almost all in the shade, the pool is also in the shade most of the day. The breakfasts are monotonous, but delicious. There are not many people, there are always free sun beds by the pool. Everything works in the room - refrigerator, air conditioning, plumbing are old, but everything works fine. A life hack for those who have a conde blowing on the bed - turn over with your feet to the headboard and everything is OK). There is a taxi stand near the hotel, a supermarket, an excellent massage parlor, an exchange, cafes, everything is very convenient. Patong beach with muddy water. We didn't swim here at all. 300 baht and 15 minutes and you are on the beautiful Karon beach). In general, I recommend the hotel!
