Tk to my question, why is it so cold in the room, I was told that the room is at least 17 degrees and this is normal, take an extra blanket if it's cold. In fact, it was 13 degrees in the room. I couldn't get warm all night, I woke up with an icy nose (which I had never seen before). As a result, I somehow warmed up the room with a hairdryer, because it is impossible to be there. Very high audibility. You will hear everything and everyone. Breakfast is unclear where, I didn't even go there. The room is very dirty. There is a rag hanging on the "window" above the bed, there is dirt and dust in the niche next to the bed. The shower room is all leaking, the plumbing is installed crookedly.
