They took the money, but did not settle it. An "amazing" hotel. We ran into this miracle...we booked a room, but since our flight arrives at 23.00, the hotel refused to check us in and did not refund the money. We have never encountered such a service. We call the hotel and they throw the tubes. It was only through the booking website that we managed to contact the hotel management, who said they could wait for us until 22.30 (knowing that the flight arrives at 23:00)))))))))))) - bullying. I had to sleep outside. I don't advise anyone...if this is the attitude at the beginning, then what can we expect next (unsanitary conditions and breakfast food, expired!?).
It is also a shame that the booking website has such a policy and stands on the side of dishonest hotels. Or maybe it's their new business!?)
