Visited BnB on Fidokor Street, and the experience was disappointing. Service was slow—waited 15 minutes for a menu and had to repeatedly ask for basic items like water and utensils. My order of chicken pancakes arrived only after we were ready to leave. Staff appeared unorganized and inattentive. Overall, a frustrating experience; I don’t plan to return.

The customer service here is terrible. They use a QR code menu for ordering, but the system is so slow that it takes forever to get your food. The waitstaff is unfriendly and acts as if they’re there against their will. Definitely not a pleasant experience.

my favorite place, I was in many branches and liked the service everywhere, always kind and pleasant employees, which is very pleasing.
Each of the employees is remembered because they joke and tell something, advise on dishes

The food is delicious, I often come here to eat. But sometimes the waiters are tough and bring the menu / orders / receipt for a sooo long time. The service is not very good.
But going in to sit with friends and have a cup of coffee is the best thing.

My husband and I came from Russia to Tashkent for a week, this place was recommended to us by friends!
We had breakfast and lunch here, everything is very tasty. The coffee is great! Service at a height☺️ But most of all I was pleasantly surprised by the director, she came up and asked if we liked everything, I definitely recommend this place.We will definitely be back in Tashkent 🫶

I ordered one (!) dish and tea, sat for ten minutes and moved to another table, because there was a smell from the trash next to it; I sat at another table for another 35 minutes, during which no one brought the order; I called the waitress and it turned out that they just "forgot who made the order"; but even if I were a new customer, no one even came up to me with a menu during those 35 minutes anyway 🤦🏼♂️

A nice coffee shop, a large cappuccino– it's really big (probably about the size of 2 medium ones), and delicious, but everything is not so rosy about the food.
We visited them several times, tried different dishes and desserts, and always the sensations remained uncertain. Most of all, I remember the chicken soup, the carrots in which were damp, and in general the soup had an unpleasant taste (how could you spoil such a simple dish?)
