Well, let's just say that for Ethiopia it's even a masterpiece. The staff is trained, alcohol is quite normal, you can even find very tasty dishes on zaatrak (most often it will be rice with something, or different pies), meat is almost certainly not cat or human, and really what many popular local restaurants cannot boast of. The rooms are CLEAN! And this item is especially valuable in Ethiopia :)
