The place left an unpleasant impression. There is no air conditioning, there is no toilet (there is only a paid and unkempt public toilet, which still needs a long walk in the heat), prices are greatly inflated. We ordered "homemade lemonade" for 600 rubles / liter. It turned out that it was just water sweetened with syrup, which was also served without ice. When I noticed the lack of ice, instead of apologizing, they began to prove that this does not happen and that means the ice just melted while they were serving.
It is a pity that people will come here simply because it is a tourist place.

The service is disgusting. 09.03.2024 at ~18h. There were three of us, two had pasta, one had khachapuri. After 30 minutes from the order, it turned out that they had forgotten about khachapuri. They offered to wait 20 minutes or refuse. We refused (the bus was waiting for us). The word sorry was not used, and nothing was offered as an apology. Here, by the way, 10% of the service is required.
When they gave me the change, they didn't return 9 rubles, I asked for them. To which the waitress shouted "9 rubles?!" yes 9 rubles) an arrogant, dissatisfied woman. By the way, there is also no toilet in this institution, supposedly a waterfall area, but if you go outside, there is a paid toilet 50 meters away. I'm not sure that the staff of this institution runs to this paid toilet

Azikh Cafe: A very long wait for an order, more than 1.5 hours! There are many customers, there is only one cook... The prices are high.. The service is below average, there are no napkins on the tables, all visitors have to ask.. DO NOT match: price / quality of service. The food itself is quite normal, but for such a price tag, it would still not be delicious to cook, it would be super disrespectful to visitors))) If possible, go to other places, there is no possibility - wait and enjoy the food, the rest is past)))

The middle-level dining room.Cozy armchairs. They're trying to be pretentious. The prices are overpriced, but the kitchen was not surprised, but it was not poisoned either. Waitresses sometimes go through the window, apparently it's shorter. Smokiness is average. There is no washbasin or toilet.

We were in a cafe on 07/27/2021 and ordered kharcho soup and assorted pizza. We waited for the order for 20 minutes. The soup is very tasty, hot, they did not spare the meat, they ate heartily. Pizza is hot from the heat, there are a lot of fillings, everything is delicious. A very cozy place, we recommend it. Thank you, I want to return to such places.

I do not recommend soups. Frying in oil is so abundant that half a barrel of fat was pulled out. And I wanted a light homemade broth with noodles.
