Very nice, clean hotel. The rooms are newly renovated. The room has everything you need for living: a mini fridge with a mini bar, beds with orthopedic mattresses, a TV with a Russian-language channel, an electric kettle, tea cups, there is a place to dry things on the balcony.. The beach is small, but there are enough sun beds and umbrellas for everyone.
The staff is friendly, all requests are fulfilled with lightning speed. There were no problems in communication. There is always a Russian-speaking guide at the reception.
A separate song is the kitchen. The variety is amazing!!!! Neither vegans nor ulcers will be offended. An abundance of fresh vegetables, fruits and oriental sweets.

Great hotel! Justifies its 5*good rooms. Food for every whim, everything is very tasty fish, meat, grilled vegetables and lots of desserts.. Excellent location on the first line. There are many pools with slides and an indoor pool, hammam and spa area. There is also a pier with plenty of sun beds and sofas, as well as bars. There is a good market across the street and a park where you can walk. There are a lot of Germans, German speech is everywhere. A good show program in the evenings! The room has everything you need for comfort! I didn't find any disadvantages!

A wonderful hotel. We had a rest in June, everything is fine, the attitude of the staff, the room is clean, the hotel is clean. The buffet is good, you can always find a lot to your liking. The pools are great. There is a children's playground with slides. The beach is clean and well maintained. The pier is beautiful. The territory is not large, but everything is cozy and well thought out. There is even an elevator to go down to the beach and not drag the stroller up the stairs!

The hotel really deserves a five star rating. The furniture and interior are modern and it can be seen that it was replaced quite recently. The staff is very polite and attentive. There are no complaints about food at all-the food is just great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are traveling with children, then everything is very well equipped for children-there is a swimming pool, slides, fountains in which children splash. Discos and various shows take place daily in the evenings, So you don't have to get bored. The beach is small, but very cozy and clean. If you need to buy something from souvenirs or for yourself, then you can cross the street and there are a lot of shops for every taste.

A HUGE PLUS is that it takes 2 minutes to walk to the sea, left the hotel and is already essentially on the beach. But there is a minus for us ice cream only from 14:00 to 16:00, we wanted to eat it, but we can only take it for 2 hours. We stayed at this hotel from 23.06 to 29.06.I really liked everything. Non-intrusive, friendly staff. The room is lovely, cleaning every day, just don't forget to include a special icon. Also on the territory near all bars there are refrigerators with water in small bottles and cups with ayran.The food is excellent, we couldn't try everything for a week. The cook is very tasty, there is everything and meat and fish and turkey and chicken. Some write that there were few fruits, we had everything, apples, pears, grapes, cherries, strawberries, melons, watermelons, peaches, nectarines, apricots, even fresh pineapples. Turkish sweets! This is a separate story, there were such an incredible number of them, I didn't even try a hundredth part. Entertainment events and concerts were held every evening. Animators work for children. Also, for the youngest, the restaurant provides chairs that are processed and wrapped in film until the next baby. There is a pool with slides for kids. We were in Turkey at this hotel from July 11 to July 20, 2022.
The hotel is very nice, the staff is sensitive, kind, ready to help in everything. The food is varied and very tasty. I have never noticed that there was a lack of prosperity in anything. The room was overlooking the sea 1125, again, yes, it was noisy in the evening, because there was a disco on the pier, but if you want to sleep, then you fell asleep perfectly. I didn't see any discomfort. The room has everything, the bar was replenished daily, even if nothing was taken from the bar, then an excess was put.
The territory of the hotel is not large, but everything is thought out. And very clean. The beach is small and there were always enough sun beds, I don't know who was missing (some kind of nonsense) we came to the beach by 10-11 o'clock there were sun beds. The pools are very clean in appearance, but we went to the sea and rested only at sea.
The evening animation was wonderful, everything was at the highest level for me. I think 30 minutes of animation is enough for children, and for adults from 21.30 a show and then a disco on the pier with good music. If you want a calmer rest and quiet, then not to this hotel. Everything was fine with us and we will definitely come back here.
Special thanks to the guide Maria, who supervised us at the hotel. The girl is very pleasant, responsive, kind, always ready to help (!) and she was always in touch.
Animator Maria and many others (unfortunately I don't remember the names of the men) are just great!
All the staff is responsive and every time they come up and ask what to bring to drink! The bar on the ground floor where the beach was not used, because we did not come to eat, but to relax and in general the snack bar is not interesting.

We rested at the hotel from 19.04 to 26.04. We got from the airport in 1.30. At 10 o'clock we were at the hotel, after breakfast we were immediately given a room, according to the paid category, we asked for a higher floor, did not take into account, they gave it on the 2nd floor. We did not change it.
The room is small, the furniture has already lived in places, but it is clean, everything you need is there. They cleaned every day, refilled the bar, shampoos and soaps too. Upon check-in, we were provided with bathrobes, toothpicks and a shaving machine. The friends who lived in the next room were never questioned. The room is very stuffy, the air conditioner was running on heating. They did not respond to requests to change the situation in any way, as if it would be like this until May 1, the winter concept. I had to sleep with the window open, which is also not very noisy, there is a busy highway nearby.
The food is standard, without frills, but delicious and there is a choice.There are few fruits, only a simple fish from seafood. All the food is mainly designed for adults, of course you can feed a child, but without variety. Alcohol is mostly local.
The territory is small, you can say no to it, but everything was placed harmoniously, so you don't really notice it.
The pools are clean but very cold and the indoor spa is too. They were interested in heating at least in the children's room - the answer was killed- the hotel turns out to work according to the summer concept and the heating of the pools has already been turned off. Funny.
The beach is great, go into the sand sea. There are enough sun beds. The sea is clear. A beautiful, large pier.
There is animation, not active. During the day, the usual set of entertainment, in the evening a show, a disco on the pier. There is a children's club, but it's quiet there somehow. They just sit, draw, do some small crafts, like in kindergarten. In the evening, a mini disco of 5 songs. There is no playground.
The result is a good, standard Turkish five. Not a family one. For a company over 30 without children, it will be great. The hotel is beautiful, but the renovation will not hurt. The word Deluxe in the title is clearly superfluous. You can recommend this hotel, it all depends on the price, which in my opinion is too high.

We had a rest in Azura at the end of October 2022. And for us, as it turned out, this is the best season to relax in Alanya (although we were afraid for the weather)
Up to 36 in the sun, but not such exhausting heat. The sea is clear! No mud, no algae, no strong waves!
Only the calendar "spoke" about the end of the season. The staff is polite, the food is delicious and varied, the weather is great. In the evening we walked around Avsalar without jackets, It's not cold! We arrived at the hotel at about 9.30, and at 11.00 we were checked into a room without any tips! And the room corresponded to what was indicated in the voucher (if I'm not mistaken) the room was overlooking the city, it's beautiful at any time of the day! (we don't need a sea view. During the day you are already there, but in the evening you can't see it) wi-Fi worked perfectly on the beach (it was turned off there only when few people became noticeable, 03.11) the entry into the sea is excellent, sand, pebbles are not big and there are few of them! Cleanliness is everywhere. People, sorry, but if you throw everything past, who will have time to clean up after you! We did not go to Granada, there was no desire. But who will go in July, August, etc.e when it's hot, take into account the fact that the hotel does not have greenery, it is very compact. Maybe it 's important to someone . The slides were working, and so were all the bars. There were "wheelchair users" in the hotel, i.e. people with disabilities, I think they were comfortable. Money and documents were put in a safe, but they forgot to close it, nothing was missing. Yes, the sound insulation is not very good, as in all hotels. But it wasn't noisy.

The food is excellent, almost around the clock and "at every turn", everything is very tasty, there is plenty of meat, and different (I will never forget this tender lamb))). Honey in the honeycomb in the morning. Ice cream from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Fruits were always replenished and never ran out at the snack bar on the beach. The rooms are beautiful, clean, with beautiful lighting, convenient switches-you can control the lighting both at the entrance and lying in bed-this is important for those tired of the sun)) All drawers with closers are silent. There is a kettle in the room with all the tea and coffee gadgets, but we never reached it, and we were tired of eating so much))) walking to the coffee shop was a thrill. We don't drink alcohol on vacation-we get better)) On the last day, we ordered beer at lunch-we regretted that we had not taken it earlier ...)) The insulation is good. The neighbors were never heard, only through the door once it was heard how someone "cheerful" returned to the room in the middle of the night. And the sea too. Well, in November, there are few people-a source of dirt. I have never seen things dumped from the sun beds. They used to wander in from other people's hotels, walk along our pier, but no one drove them away either. This "curl" in the sea works like a breakwater (in addition to the fact that it is a disco bar)-when there is unrest at sea, it is definitely calmer inside this curl -a plus for children.
