I trusted the agency, purchased an apartment in gazipasha from the company KNE YAPI, as a result, it turned out that the company did not have a construction permit at the time of signing the contract and the agency did not check it, well, or .......((( In a word, the builders appeared on the site 6 months after the announced date, well and it is clear that the timing and quality, if it is still built, will be in violation. They decided to return the money, which they reported to the agency, but instead of helping, they offered only their dear lawyer "who has no analogues." That's how it would be........

If you want to feel like a king, then you are in AZPO. True, this condition will end after signing the contract and payment, but nevertheless.....Check everything that these guys tell you, do not be lazy to go to the facility, check the tap on the building site, construction permit, etc. Check the addresses in all documents with the address of the object (do not be fooled by the fact that allegedly 99% of objects in Turkey are being built without a permit and this is supposedly the norm). Otherwise, you will be left alone with your problem, as we are.....
