I have been living here for 6 months, within walking distance of the metro station, there is a grocery store in a couple of minutes walk, kerifur is a 10-15min walk away, you can live, there is a small swimming pool and a gym with the most necessary things in the building, there are not so many greenery in the area, this is a minus of course
