First of room is not like 5 star , and room cleaning is not good and not properly even on door hanging room cleaning tag but didn’t respond, room carpet is dirty,

I really liked to your hotel, in reality before I come to Murmank I did believe that your hotel good. But now, I know very well your hotel not only good, actually the best in Murmansk. I wish you to continue like this high level. Bravo!!!
