I ordered a door to a private house. The order was completed even before the promised deadline by 10 days. I applied to the store on Kamenogorsk. The girl Anna counted everything very efficiently and accepted the order, for which I thank her very much and
wish her all the best in the new year! I made a request for installation - it was necessary as much as possible in the morning. The installers changed their plans and went to a meeting. The calls are also answered by quite qualified people. I liked the work of the company as a whole, and there was an impression of coherence and clarity. I hope the doors will last a long time.

I ordered sliding glass doors in Azimuth (Belekodver is the second company)-everything was done perfectly and efficiently. According to my full wish, they installed it very well too. The deadlines were delayed a little, but this was due to my replacement of fittings, because in the process of additional measurement, I changed the design. Overall, I am very happy!!! And the price turned out to be lower than in other organizations in Minsk. I recommend BelEkoDrev (Azimuth). Photos are attached.

Beautiful, accent doors. Super installation
We are delighted with our new doors! I like the bright highlighting glass insert so much, it makes a bright accent in our quiet renovation.There was a nuance about one handle (scratch), but everything was replaced without question. The guys did the installation carefully and efficiently, without taking a lot of time.

The measurement was ahead of time, promptly, everything was clear, minor issues that were not taken into account when communicating with a sales representative were settled.Installation - everything was done on time, cleanly, neatly - by two people. Everything came in a complete set, without defects, in the right color. There is a nuance when communicating with a sales representative - you still need to pay attention to technical issues!!!!This is important!!! And to determine the type of customer - there can be no universal hackneyed approach in modern sales to everyone!!!! I recommend it!!!!! We were very pleased with the quality and deadlines!!!

The terrible quality of service and the staff with whom I managed to interact. On the azimuth website.Bel found the front door, which I liked. I ordered a callback to get a consultation. The girl immediately began to offer me the services of a measurer, assuring me that his departure was free. At the same time, the consultant said that the door I had chosen on the site was not there. And the measurer will come with a catalog and with him we will select the appropriate option.
In the evening of the same day, the measurer called me back, with whom we agreed that he would come to the measurement on Saturday, and we would agree on the time beforehand the day before. On the eve of Friday, no one called me, I decided to dial myself. The measurer did not answer the phone. I called the salon, where the consultant reassured me that the measurer was just busy, he would call back later, and my application was there.
After waiting for the measurer's call for half a day on Saturday, I dialed him myself, to which I heard the answer that no one was going to come to me, since he had a day off today. And today he just had to call me and arrange for the day of measurement.
Naturally, this angered me and I called the salon, where they told me that my application was issued for today and the measurer apparently confused something and forgot.
On Monday evening, the measurer dialed me that he could drive up in half an hour, but I had to pay 10%. When I specified which 10%, it turned out that I already had to choose the door and he would just come for the money. He does not conduct any catalogs, free measurements, consultations, etc.
Having contacted the salon, I did not receive any apologies or a normal response to the current situation. In addition to everything, I found out that the doors presented on the site do not exist at all. And I had to come to their salon. But for some reason, in a week and a half of communication with this salon, I heard about it for the first time.
The review left on their website, of course, was not published. The impression is completely ruined and time is wasted.

We found the Azimuth company on the Internet, dialed a call center to help with the choice. After the conversation, there were still ambiguities. So we went to the store itself. There, the consultant girl already told everything in detail and gave answers to the remaining questions. We saw the doors live, looked through catalogs and samples. We are very pleased with our choice. The star was removed for the ambiguities that remained after a telephone consultation. Beautiful doors. A competent seller in the store

Never order doors from this terrible company!
The delivery is postponed 4 times. It is unclear what the weather conditions are, that they are afraid that the car will turn over. Sometimes the driver gets sick, then the car breaks down for the second time in a week.
Since November, we have been waiting for the doors promised for the new year. It's already February 1-2!
No one calls back, they just promise.
There is a connection with the management, but they also only promise and nothing.
In general, if you don't want problems, don't contact them!
This is the first time in my life that I have encountered such a thing and for the first time I was hooked on emotions that I started writing negative reviews!

We ordered a door with thermal rupture. We did it for a long time, but we invested in the terms prescribed in the contract. The door is good, it does not freeze. The only thing that upset me was that the measurer incorrectly measured the door accesses... I had to contact the company and figure out the situation, fortunately everything was changed, so many thanks to the staff for solving this problem. Conclusion: even taking into account the long production, tinkering with accessories, I still advise the Azimut company, because they do good things, they perform their function in retaining heat and not letting cold into the house, and this is the most important thing! Thanks!

I ordered 5 cameras from this company. The measurer Denis (Dima) arrived, who made the wrong measurements - he did not count the 3 roads!!! I believe that the work of the measurer includes a survey of the client for each door: whether a threshold is needed or not. And then, as it turned out, the measurer decided that thresholds were not needed, because now they are not being installed. Ha ha!! Moreover, it was clear that a threshold was needed between the tile and laminate in the bathroom and kitchen (because the old thresholds were not dismantled). As a result, when it came time to install the doors, there was not enough material (1 box). I can't even imagine how much longer I'll have to wait!!! And, in general, the doors are great!! They look "live" better than in the photo.

It has not been installed yet, although it was promised in 3-5 working days. But the doors themselves look good, at least in the packaging. Order the doors from this company if you absolutely do not care when you pick them up.

The measurer arrived, after signing the contract, said that in 20 working days the door would be ready, a month had passed, there was no door, and my question when it would be ready was answered simply, sorry, but a lot of orders. So why does the company not initially warn that it is not 20 but 50 working days. Now, because of them, I cannot enter the apartment, because there is no promised door on time... Buyers, before buying doors from them, carefully read the contract and pronounce it in fact.Better yet, look for another company. They do not inspire confidence.!!!

He puts the door, takes cash for work, does not issue a check, does not issue any documents on accepting money.
After 2-3 years, he files a lawsuit against the client for non-payment. It requires repeated payment and a penalty fee. In 2 times the size.
If you want to save money, time and nerves, avoid Azimuth.
