I have been staying at this hotel for the 3rd year. Located in the center of Patong, it's a long way to the beach, but I still always ride a motorbike and go to wild beaches. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel, there are sun loungers.
Prices are 2-3 times less than in hotels. I did the marketing on purpose. A room with a view of the jungle, with a balcony and a transparent wall between the bathroom and the bathroom (suite) cost 1150 baht/day.
They clean it every day. The rooms are neat. Clear. It's just the thing for an overnight stay.

We were with my husband in December 2018. Since they took vouchers at the last moment, and according to the burning vouchers, the criteria for choosing a hotel were: close to the sea, and inexpensive, since they did not plan to stay there all day, just to spend the night.The hotel is excellent for 3 stars. Good, helpful staff, we had no problems after checking in, we changed the room with a view of the mountains. The staff also helped with current issues. Of course, the rooms are not the first freshness, but they were cleaned every day, a set of towels was changed. I also liked the location of the hotel: it was 7 minutes to the sea, at the same time there was a shopping center nearby, markets where you could find fruits and products cheaper than on the first line. We had breakfast, and by the end of the 14th day we were fed up. The menu selection is small, sometimes a variety was introduced. In general, we are satisfied with the hotel, it is quite suitable for outdoor activities and those who are not too picky.

We rested at this hotel in December, the room was a cozy double bed, a TV with two Russian channels, cleaned every day, everything worked, air conditioning, safe. The staff is good, they understand everything by gestures, Some small bugs ran from the cons, ants in the room, a view from the window of some terrible house, a rooster crowed every morning, it took 15 minutes to walk to the sea, dirty windows and mirrors, as if they hadn't been wiped for a couple of years. In general, we are satisfied with our rest, we did not really stay at the hotel, we only came to sleep. The costs are one-sided.
