The location is just perfect, there are excellent restaurants and markets nearby. A fountain park and an alley that will take you to the embankment in just 5 minutes. The reception will always help and help you out at any time, day or night. Special thanks for that!Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels every day, which is very pleasing!The breakfasts are the same, but you can eat and if you ask to fill in the missing products you will never be refused, the cook is a wonderful woman. The TV didn't work (it was made only an hour later) but thanks for that
The grid on the window was only on one window that didn't open. As a result, bugs, mosquitoes and all sorts of flying objects flew in.
The kettle was just without comment, it was so dirty inside that it was even scary to drink water from it. There is no promised mini bar, only water, tea and sugar.
The mattress is also without comment , in the morning it felt like you were beaten with a stick all night😐
For the remaining 4 days, we were moved to the fourth floor, the Ala Suite room
The TV was not working again, it was fixed during the day while we were away.
It was much colder than on the 2nd floor. Mold in the shower and just terrible water pressure in the watering can, which was never fixed, due to some kind of breakdown in the city🫤
For the cons, 4 stars, I consider it worthy for him.

The wonderful location of the hotel (a huge plus for those who came to see the city). Excellent breakfasts. The staff is extremely friendly. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!! But a very old room with old furniture without handles and the same worn-out plumbing. But! Towels were changed and the room was cleaned every day. We left earlier than the booked time and the hotel administration refunded us the difference in money. We are very grateful for this!!!

The hotel is very cozy and welcoming. The location is gorgeous. The staff is great, attentive, helpful. Very clean indeed. The breakfasts are excellent, although do not count on delicacies: eggs in different versions, cheeses, sausages, sausages, cottage cheese with homemade sour cream, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, packaged juices, tea, coffee, sweets, apples, oranges. The girls in the dining room are smart! Wafa is my love💝 There is a kettle, tea and coffee bags in the room. Disposable slippers, shampoo, shower gel. Towels and bed linen are snow-white. They wrote about the absence of a safe. I asked, they brought it to me. I was checked in early in the morning without any questions, although I did not request early check-in. They fed me breakfast. I've already sent links to my friends, I recommend this hotel. And I will definitely return to it myself.

The hotel is located in the center of Baku. Convenient location. There are many cafes (fast food) and restaurants nearby. There are many shops. The hotel itself needs renovation. There are many outlets that are not under the eurostanlart. It causes inconvenience. TVs work through set-top boxes. The number of channels is ridiculous. There is a lot of Asia and the East. You can praise the breakfast. Modestly. But it's delicious for the money. It will be difficult to stay there for a long time, but for a couple of days, it is possible.

A good hotel, helpful staff, Russian is spoken at the reception. The room was cleaned daily, always clean towels; water, tea, coffee were also replenished every day. The room has air conditioning, TV, safe, hair dryer. Good breakfasts, though monotonous. Excellent location, within walking distance of the old part of the city, a beautiful embankment, fountain square, Little Venice Park, museums, a funicular on which you can climb to the Nagorny park.

A great hotel for your money. The location is just wonderful - in the very center near fountain Square. The room is clean and tidy, with no pretensions to a designer interior or extra novelty, but nothing is broken and the textiles are quite fresh. In the bathroom there is a bathroom with a curtain (I don't like this, but it's clean). Towels and gel/shampoo are in place, changed regularly. There are no bathrobes and toothbrushes, well, it's not 5*. The breakfasts are delicious, although without much variety (several types of scrambled eggs), porridge can be "ordered". Who gets bored- there are countless cafes around the hotel for every taste and budget. Our room also had a kettle and a refrigerator. Tea, coffee, and water were replenished daily. The staff is friendly, mostly Russian-speaking. I definitely recommend this hotel. Mercy, Baku...

Many tourist portals position this hotel as a 4-star hotel. But if we take into account the numbers directly, it clearly does not reach this level. After all, these are 3 solid stars with a simply magnificent location (to Primorsky Boulevard - 5 minutes walk, to Old Town and the pedestrian zone of Nizami Street – 3) and very friendly staff.
The hotel has about fifty rooms, half of them are standard. The corridors and rooms are already, as they say, tired. But the main thing is that everything works. The Wi-Fi is good, stable, and the connection is simple. It was important for my colleague and me.
The breakfasts are delicious, everything is downright homey. For this, special thanks to Wafa – a very sincere and kind woman! The breakfast room, by the way, is quite large, located on the 4th floor of the hotel. There is only one elevator in the hotel, it is small, some buttons are triggered every other time.
We stayed in this hotel for a short time – only 3 days. It would have been possible to find a cheaper option in Baku: at the end of November, there was no full house anywhere. But Azkot has a very "trump" location. It was this that became the decisive factor when choosing a hotel. As a result, it helped a lot to save time for exploring the historical part of the city. So, we believe that the hotel in Baku and I have not lost…
I would give the hotel 4.2 points based on a combination of factors. If they change the old doors and locks in the rooms, as well as update the furniture, there will definitely be 5!

Nice hotel in the center of Baku. We spent 9 nights in it. The room is clean and tidy. Hearty breakfasts (vegetables, sausages, cheese, various omelets with spinach, mushrooms or tomatoes, porridge of the same type, cottage cheese, sour cream, something baked. The breakfast was served by a helpful Wafa. Thanks to her for the cooked food and smiles. In general, all the staff is sooo friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day. We have never seen when this is done, as it happens in other hotels. They didn't interfere, which is important. They always put toiletries, slippers.
Thanks to the choice of the hotel, our stay turned out to be excellent. Thank you to everyone who helped us enjoy the beautiful country. Success and prosperity! I really want to come back here.

The location of the hotel on 5 is next to Fountain Square. But the hotel itself is very tired, in need of repair. One of the advantages is the excellent staff. Cleaning every day, including weekends. Every day they brought 2 bottles of water, refilling the tea leaves. New slippers, shampoo and soap were brought every day, and towels were changed. There were no interruptions with hot water. I got into the cool rainy weather and it was cold in the room, the wind blew out of the window so that the curtain stood like a stake. It did not work to set the air conditioner to heat, but I found a place in the window from where the barrel came from (although the windows are plastic), plugged it, closed it tightly and stopped blowing. The breakfasts are good, without frills, but you will not stay hungry. Oatmeal porridge, scrambled eggs, omelet, sausages, boiled, smoked sausage, 3 types of cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, cereals, honey, jam in portioned packages, tea, coffee, juices, yogurt, cottage cheese-3 types. From fruits:apples and oranges. In the first 2 days there was olive oil, then it disappeared. If the porridge is over, you can ask them to cook it in portions. There are many restaurants and cafes near the hotel, 15 minutes walk to the embankment, 5 minutes to the old town.

The hotel has a very convenient location. This is the Fountain Square. Near the Old Town. All the iconic places of Baku are within walking distance. The best restaurants nearby. For the location of 5 stars. But the rest is as lucky. At first we were given a room with dead furniture - it was impossible to turn on the bed, there was a terrible creaking. Everything was small and squalid. But it should be noted that it is very clean! After asking to change the room, the next day we were given a nice one with new furniture and everything suited us. The breakfasts are modest. There was no safe in the room. I recommend it because of the excellent location.

We were ready for the old furniture, but towels and a bed with unwashed stains were unpleasantly surprised. The breakfast is not delicious. The safe didn't work. We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights together with my husband. I chose a hotel within walking distance to the sights, and I was not mistaken, only for the location you can already give the highest rating, near fountain square, old town, parks, embankment, and it will not be difficult to choose a cafe for dinner at all, there are many establishments for every taste and budget within a stone's throw. Metro and bus stops are also within walking distance. The hotel itself is not new, but the stay at the hotel left only positive impressions, the work of the staff is excellent, quick check-in, attentiveness and responsiveness of the staff at the reception, friendly and polite maids, I would like to mention separately a great chef, a woman who always greets you with a smile for breakfast. The room was cleaned every day, bottled drinking water, tea and coffee were brought daily. There are no ironing facilities in the room, but if necessary, your things will be ironed completely free of charge by the maid. For breakfast every day there was cottage cheese, sour cream, yogurt, two types of pastries, cheese and sausage smoked and boiled, omelets, eggs, sausages, vegetables, cereals, milk, jam, apples and oranges from fruits. If you eat porridge, they will cook it for you without any problems at your request, my husband and I cooked herculean milk porridge daily. The Internet in the hotel is excellent, there are Russian TV channels, the plumbing in the room worked properly. I recommend this hotel.

I've been at this hotel for five days. I really liked the location of the hotel: the pedestrian zone immediately begins from it - fountain Square, then Nizami Street is the most tourist center, it takes 4 minutes to walk to the gates of the old town.
Azkot is located in a historic building. High ceilings and a large room. The corridor from the elevator to the room on the 4th floor deserves special mention. There are carpets, large vases, paintings, furniture. The furniture is not new, but everything looks cozy and beautiful, luxurious, I would say.
The breakfast buffet is not bad, hearty, but a little monotonous. By the end of my stay at the hotel, I was a little tired of the monotony of the dishes.
Upon check-in, I asked for a "quiet" room, I think I was given the quietest room possible (which is possible with such a location of the hotel in the tourist center itself). Indeed, it was possible to sleep with the windows open, although a small noise from the road under the windows was heard.
I would also like to mention the good value for money in this hotel. For the city center and the comfort provided, the price of approximately 4,600 rubles per day (in my case, it was the beginning of September 2024) is quite acceptable.
I recommend the hotel.

We came to Baku for the first time with a grandson of 11 years . Stayed at the hotel for 10 nights. I was looking for a hotel within walking distance to the sights, and I chose the right one. Near fountain Square, old town, parks, embankment, many cafes, metro and bus stops. The hotel is very cozy. Delicious breakfasts: cottage cheese, sour cream, yogurt, two types of pastries, smoked and boiled cheese and sausage, omelets, eggs, sausages, vegetables, cereals, milk, jam, strawberries, peaches, apricots, apples and oranges. Special thanks to the employees of Vafa and Nigar. When we came to breakfast, we were always greeted with a smile, and when we left, they asked if we liked everything. The room was cleaned every day, bottled drinking water, tea and coffee were brought. The internet in the hotel is excellent and free. If we go to Baku again, we will choose this hotel again.
