We had a rest in New Athos in September 2024 at the Azanta Hotel. I liked everything, the hotel is in a modern style with a new renovation, cozy clean rooms, especially the room with a balcony overlooking the lake. The room has everything you need, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, separate light.
Timely cleaning of rooms and replacement of linen with towels. The location is very convenient, the sea is across the street, all the sights are within walking distance. There is a cool khachapurnaya nearby. The staff is very friendly, all issues are resolved in favor of the client. Special thanks to Inna the manager!
Only pleasant impressions remained.

A wonderful hotel located in a beautiful picturesque place.
The hotel is new, with excellent stylish renovation. The rooms have all the necessary accessories for living: shaving kits, brushes and toothpastes, towels, drinking water, slippers and bathrobes.
The hotel building is located on a lake where swans swim, next to a beautiful park with birds, illumination and various plants. To reach the sea, you need to cross the road - and you are already on a beautiful pebble beach.
You can come to the hotel for a long time or for a couple of days - it is suitable for travelers on their own, couples, and families.
The administrators are very polite and pleasant: they are always ready to help, they receive guests with warmth and cordiality.
I recommend the hotel from the bottom of my heart!!!

Oh, not a hotel, but a fairy tale, a new hotel. Only 1.5 years old, designer renovation, excellent mattresses. The view of the lake is just a fairy tale. This is the best you can find in Abkhazia. Everything is new, everything is comfortable, everything is clean.) drinking water is provided for the guests, there is a kettle, sugar, bags of coffee and tea (green, black). There is also a bathrobe, slippers, soap, shampoo, gel, shaving kits, a washcloth and a dental kit, with shampoo, soap and gel in large bottles with a dispenser. If you go to Abkhazia again, then definitely only here!
