Disgusting hotel! I would not recommend it, we booked through booking for a week, in the end I had enough for one day! The room was given on the 5th floor, there is no elevator, but okay! The scariest thing was waiting inside the room, it was a disgustingly dirty carpet near the bed, I attached a photo, many near the apartment will be cleaner than in their room! The window barely opens, because the ceiling interferes in the photo, it is also visible, completely dirty, it is elementary, you can quickly wash it with the purest means, but apparently no one cares about it!!! A dirty and smelly blanket, which naturally I did not cover myself with, but covered myself with a duvet cover and a jacket on top, a towel once it was white now It's grey with spots! As a result, the water stopped running out of the shower, I had to wash my hair over the sink, I showed photos and videos at the reception! The result is what, I barely got my money back for the rest of the days because it was simply not possible to stay there! At the reception, I also agree that they can be rude, one administrator really liked a pleasant cultured girl, in my opinion her name is Oksana! If you want grateful visitors to settle in, then you match it! You need money and you need comfort and a good attitude! It will not work without a contribution to the hotel and without cleanliness and good conscientious staff! I didn't want to write a review until Yandex reminded me about this place, I wanted to warn others and save their finances and nerves! Because you ruined my mood, I had to look for another option and move!

I can't tell you how it is now.But four years ago, right before the new year, my son and I were left homeless and had to look for housing for a couple of days, and even with a cat.We were accepted at this hotel, settled in, for which we are very grateful.
