I really do not recommend using this airline if you do not want to waste your nerves.

The support said: "Only if you cancel the ticket within 3 hours after purchase - we will refund you the full cost. If later than 3 hours - we hold 75%. Company policy." On May 04, the spouse flew from Domodedovo to Baku. He carried a large sum of money with him in his pants pockets. The border guards asked if there was money in the bag in the luggage, they were told no, and it was true. In Baku, the spouse received his luggage - a suitcase bag, fabric, was wrapped at home independently with stretch film. There is a fist-sized hole on one side, i.e. a hole was made in the bag. Things inside were all in a mess and a can of canned food was broken!, the contents stained things and food packages. That's what to do with it, who is doing this? Representatives read carefully, punish the guilty and compensate for the damage suffered!
I flew with this Airline in the summer. There are pros and cons.
Pros: the service and food are very high!
Minuses:the planes are too shabby!
The seats are all worn and so on.
Changed the flight time on 06/22-23 from Tivat and did not notify, the hotline is NOT working! They don't pick up the phone, I got through to Baku. If possible, you will not find any information on the website.

We flew this airline Azal Azerbaijan-Georgia. The plane was descending from 10,000 to 3,000, there was a depressurization of the cabin. My husband has a professional watch, it shows pressure and altitude on them. The pressure was 600! Can you imagine that? This is death. And then the nose of the plane down and falling from 10 thousand to 3 in 1.5 minutes. They didn't tell us anything, we thought we were going to die (a sharp decline). My blood vessels burst, a sharp pain in my chest, I lost consciousness. Since then, pressure, dizziness, a lot of problems. And I'm 33 years old. This company did not specifically announce to passengers what was going on in order not to pay medical insurance. I did not examine people on arrival, there were also elderly people who staggered out! And this fear when the plane was losing altitude and no one said anything. Further, when we arrived, we were kept like cattle in the corridor for 15 minutes. As we later realized, so that no one would be surprised by the condition of the passengers, many were staggering, crying. Everyone was so shocked that no one tried to protest, to demand something, for example, doctors.
It was terrible.
I will never fly with this company and I beg you not to fly
