I flew with Azal Airlines twice and both times the flights were delayed. The first time, everything is still fine, we were warned in advance, without any special inconveniences.
On January 9th, 2025, it was hell.
The flight delay notification did not arrive, I found out that the plane does not take off on time only at the airport. The flight was delayed for 6 hours, we were flying with a transfer and did not have time to catch the next plane. There is not a single representative of the airline at the airport, no one answered calls and messages. Due to the unjustified delay of the flight, I did not have time for work, there was supposed to be an important meeting.
The carrier refused to provide a hotel, pay for meals. We spent the night at the airport, only took off in the morning, the next flight to the final destination was late in the evening. As a result, we are on the road for a day, although it takes 5 hours to fly.

Hello! This is not the first time I have flown with this airline, the service is always at a very high level. I would like to especially highlight the support service, I contacted them through letters. They always respond Immediately. My issues were resolved both times when I applied.
The first time in Covid, they gave detailed explanations on the current covid rules, the second time on the ticket refund.
The funds were returned to the card immediately after the request. I've read a lot of negative reviews, it's a pity that passengers often encounter problems.
